After much speculation, JioCinema has officially released the first promo for Bigg Boss OTT 3, confirming Anil Kapoor as the new host. The promo, shared on May 31, follows rumors that Bollywood stars like Karan Johar, Anil Kapoor, and Sanjay Dutt were in talks to host the show, as Salman Khan will not be returning this season.
Bollywood fashion icon Sonam Kapoor shared the promo on her Instagram story, expressing her admiration for her father. She wrote, “They’ve got the most talented, hardworking, and handsome man onboard!”
The 25-second promo features a man walking stylishly with clips from previous seasons playing in the background. While the man’s face is not shown, his silhouette whistles and says, “Kursi manga re…” followed by a voiceover stating, “Kuch karte hai na jhakaas,” to which Anil Kapoor responds, “Bahaut hogaya re jhakaas, karte hain na kuch aur khaas.” The promo reveals that Bigg Boss OTT 3 will begin streaming in June, although the exact premiere date is still undisclosed.
