A house is shown with a song Mai Maike Chali Jawungi…playing in the background. A voice over says Bhopal’s Sharma family’s house unique as marriages happen and break here. Satyadevi Sharma/Satya advocate walks down speaking to client that she will get divorce for sure, he need not worry. Her daughter Jaya who is a wedding planner asks her client over phone not to worry, she will arrangement everything and all favorite food will be there. Satya tells Jaya that she will drop her on the way Satya’s mother/Naani feeds her prasad halwa and asks to rethink. Jaya says mamma does not think much, she is always right. Naani feeds halwa to her also. Jaya asks Naani to teach her to prepare halwa. Naani jokes. Satya calls Jaya to come soon. They both walk towards
Satya reaches court and meeets her daughters. Rival lawyer jokes divorce queen arrived, she always tried to break marriages. Satya walks to him and cuts thr3ead and says some threads cannot be reunited. Satya reaches wedding venue and takes care of arrangements well. Bride’s friend says looks like bride does not want to marry, she looks tensed. Jaya walks to bride Priya and asks what happened. Priya says she does not what food her in-laws like, their nature, etc.. Jaay says if she had informed before, they would have canceled wedding, but it is too late, so much money is already spent. Priya laughs. Jaya says look at her, she does not know to cook anything, even then she is managing whole marriage’s food and got 40 aunties’ makeup and mehandi and taking care of wedding arrangements confidently, Priya should just be confident and hope for the best. She takes Priya down to mantap. Family says groom’s family has not come yet. Pandit says muhurath is passing on. Jaya asks them not to worry, she will bring groom and leaves on her scooter. She sees traffic jam, gets her bike in between jam, then get out and jumps on vehicles and reaches vehicle in which groom’s family is traveling and asks where is bride. Bride gets up. She says let us go, muhurath is passing on. He asks what about his family. He asks if he will say same during his first night. Family asks what about them. She asks them to play antakshari, starts singing and asks them to continue. Father starts singing. She takes boy with her, walks on vehicles and reaches her scooter. At wedding, pandit says he has some other marriage to finish and leaves. Jaya reaches with groom. Family says pandit left. She asks them not to worry and runs out. She then gets pandit on video call and completes wedding. People discuss such a nice girl she is, her mother gave her good sanskars.
In court, Satya fights divorce case of her daughter and does not let opposition lawyer utter. She convinces judge with her explanation that if a woman does not get respect and is thought as a piece of furniture and servant at home, it is better she gets divorce. Judge grants permission. She walks out of court with her daughters and says she got her married for her good then, now she got her divorced for her good.
In wedding venue, bride Priya thanks Jaya for such handling situation so well and completing her wedding fabulously. Satya says she got paid by uncle for it, but she is the best. Guest praise that her mother gave her good sanskars. Satya walks in wit her daughters. Jaya happily walks with them. Guests see Satya and discuss she is famous divorce Lawyer Satyavati Sharma who gets people’s divorce and did not even spare her daughters. Jaya hears that and walking to them asks to taste morning prepared chole. They taste and say it is not cooked properly and should be thrown away. Jaya says similar with relationship, if one does not get respect and relationships become a burden, it is better to break them, her mother helps people end their sorrows and head towards happier life, she did same with her sisters and she is proud of her mother. Guest stand watching while she leaves with Satya smiling confidently. Satya says she is proud of her. She gets a call from her agent that a famous jeweler wants his daughter’s wedding planning via her. She happily informs her family.
Jaya reaches home with family. She sees her sister sad and asks if she is remembering jijaji. Another sister she will get used to soon like her. Jaya says stick her wedding pics on the wall and look at them, soon it will be just a piece of paper, she is happy to get rid her daughters off their sorrows. Family bonding continues. Jaya then prepares wedding presentation and explains it to Satya. Next morning, she rushes on scooter with presentation. Presentation falls down on the way. She reaches venue. Peon asks her to sit with other till her turn comes. She waits and when her turn comes, she realizes her file is missing. She searches and ask another lady to give her file, she will not use her idea, but will just use file. Lady agrees. She then walks in and greets interviewer as namaste sir. Old man says children of her age call him dadaji and asks what new idea she has brought, he saw many times, someone told chinese, italian, pasta, pizza, etc. She reminisces explaining her mother same, says her theme is different. Old man says wedding of his times were very lavish, now weddings are like ready made clothes, anyways children have given him responsibility of selecting wedding planner, what new idea she has. She says his grandaughter’s wedding will be so lavish that he will remember his wedding and guests their weddings. He says he did not understand. She says she will use traditional theme with whole feast prepared in a traditional way. Samar passes by and hears her presentation standing near pillar.
Precap: Grandpa introduces his son Daya Shankar and bahu Rama. Rama says Satya’s divorced daughter that marriage happens once in a lifetime and should be followed for life. Satya says not at all, she thought her daughters to be self-reliant and end relationship which is a burden. Man tells Rama that he did not see such a woman who divorced her own daughters, hope she does not meet this woman. Jaya and Samar’s love story starts.
