“I love you Om” said Ishaana staring deep into Om’s eyes.
Om nodded slowly while Ishaana stood there admiring Om. Gauri,Ishaana’s sister was admiring Om’s paintings and was lost in her own thoughts.
“This is amazing” she mumbled to herself. She walked through the exhibition in amazement.
But Gauri didn’t know something..that Om was looking at her all this time. Om who was her sister’s boyfriend, was totally in love with her.

“Om, where are you looking at?” snapped Ishaana.
Om looked at her suddenly, with a shake. Ishaana laughed seeing the whole incident.
“You’re clumsy Om..I love you” she said as she hugged Om tight. Om smiled..but not at her..at Gauri..

“Gauri, let’s go” said Ishaana.
“One minute Ishu” said Gauri..her eyes were twinkling at Om’s paintings.
Om thought this was a good chance.
“Ishaana you go on..you will miss your class..I’ll drop Gauri at your house” said Om.
Ishaana smiled and hugged him.
“Thanks Om..I trust you” said Ishaana as she left.

Gauri stepped into Om’s car, slowly.
“Why do I feel something?” she asked herself.
“Get on gauri” said Om “what are you waiting for?”
Gauri smiled awkwardly and stepped into his car.
She sat in silence, throughout the whole drive. Om was frustrated, but he didn’t want to start a conversation either.

“Thanks for the ride” said Gauri at last, as she got off his car.
Om smiled and gave her a wave.
“Anytime” he said, from the bottom of his heart.
Gauri smiled once again and went inside her house. Om stood there mesmerized by Gauri, until the vehicle behind him horned signing him to ‘get out of the way’

Gauri entered her room and sat on her bed. She thought about everything. It all came back.
“I..don’t know..” she mumbled. She stood up slowly and opened her cupboard. She opened her drawer very slowly. This has been her secret drawer, where she keeps all her private stuff. She took a red bag and stared at it.
“Omkara singh oberoi” it was written on the bag.
Gauri took it back to the room and opened it, it was filled with Omkara’s art.. All the pictures of Om’s art.

Om has been Gauri’s celebrity crush for years..Gauri admired Om’s paintings so much. When Gauri heard the news of Ishaana’s boyfriend, Gauri was so happy that she even decided to throw a party for her, but knowing it was Omkara singh oberoi..Gauri was stunned but still happy, because Om..Gauri’s crush..was going to be her brother-in-law!!
‘it’s all a crush, and nothing else’ she thought..until today..
Today, Gauri felt..something more.. love..love..between him and her..they didn’t speak…they didn’t laugh..like normal couples, but she felt as if there was something…something between them.
“No Gauri..what are you doing?” she thought to herself “You’re betraying your own sister..”

Om stared at his phone. He was thinking of calling Gauri or not. He had saved her number, after asking her number from Ishaana.
“I should do this..” he thought.

“Who is that?” thought Gauri, as she heard her phone ringing. “I don’t know this number” She thought as she answered the call.
“Hello?” she asked.
Om was silent..silent..from her words..her beautiful voice..
“Hello??” she asked again.
“H..Hi” Om mumbled.
Gauri suddenly froze, she knew this voice very well..It was Om’s voice..But Om couldn’t call her..why would he??
“Who are you?” asked Gauri
“I’m Om..Omkara..you know me Gauri..your sister’s..” Om stammered.
It was Om!! Omkara singh oberoi.
“You..?” she asked.
“Yeah, you know can we meet tomorrow?” he asked again
“What for?” asked Gauri, shocked.
“You..know..I need a ring to propose your sister..you know..and I..and I..need help..” he stammered again.
Gauri let out a sigh. She was going to meet him, for her sister’s sake..it’s not betrayal!
“F-fine” Gauri replied.
Om smiled and end the call.

Gauri and Om both entered a jewellery shop. Gauri stared at all the rings and necklaces, that were displayed. All shining diamonds.
Gauri and Ishaana wasn’t poor, but they were not as rich as Omkara. They lead a simple life, in a simple home..maybe that’s why Gauri and Ishaana’s parents didn’t allow Ishaana’s relationship first..but they had to agree at last.
“Gauri..let’s go” said Om, snapping Gauri out of her dream world.
They both sat down together.
“What are you looking for?” The man asked.
“Rings” they both replied.
Gauri looked at Om, while Om looked at Gauri and then they both smiled.
“Oh..For you two..I must say, many couples go in and out of this shop..but..you two have catched my eye..you know why? because you two are a really great match” continued the man
“Can you show us the rings” Gauri snapped him off, quickly, not able to bear another word.
He nodded and went to get some ring designs. Gauri felt fire inside her, ‘what will Om think..Om loves Ishaana..and then this man…’
“Gauri what happened..look here” said Om showing her the designs.
Gauri looked at the designs in awe. Since a little kid, she has loved art..designs..just like Om.
“Wow!!” she said, forgetting all the problems. “Look at this one Omkara ji”
“Yes, that’s my choice as well” he said.
Gauri took out the ring, but it didn’t take much time to drop it.
“Oops!” she said and she bent down to get it, but then she realised, Om has already took the ring from the floor.
“Now..let’s see…how will this look..when you actually put it on?” Om said as she put the ring into Gauri’s finger.
Gauri looked at her frozen…Om….Om made her wear a ring..and by Om’s finger!!
“Omkara ji..you shouldn’t try it on me..you should try it on..Ishaana” Gauri said as she took the ring out.
Om stared at her, beautiful eyes, then held her tight by the shoulders.
“Gauri..I want to tell you something..” he said softly. “Since the day I met your sister and you..I was totally in love with you, and you know what, your sister loved me..but I loved you..and I know..when ever your sister is there..you are also there..it’s not your sister that I love..it’s you…it’s you…I love you..”
Gauri stood up in anger, unable to say another word.
“I LOVE YOU GAURI..I LOVE YOU” Om shouted.
Everybody inside, looked at them. Tears were coming out of Gauri’s eyes.
She handed the ring back to Om, and headed out.

Gauri stayed in her room crying. All this time, Om has been in love with her..and She has had a crush on him.
“What will happen to Ishaana?” she said
“Nothing”
Gauri turned back to see who it was.
“you?” said gauri.
Ishaana was standing there smiling, her hands crossed, and eyes red after crying.
“Gauri..you have sacrificed a lot in your life..you gave up your scholarship..that you got..and you gave it to me..for my education..and this is the time..to pay you back” said Ishaana
Gauri stood up in confusion.
“What do you mean?” she asked.
“Gauri..I know everything..I heard everything..you usually tell me where you go..and today you didn’t..i felt suspicious..and I called Om..and then Om said he was busy as well..then I decided to follow then I heard everything..”
“You are misunderstanding” said Gauri crying.
Ishaana hugged Gauri tight.
“Look Gauri..I understand.. I know Om has been your crush..you admired his paintings..it’s normal to have a crush like that..look I have a crush on SRK..I have his pictures hanging up in my bedroom and all..”
Gauri turned away and cupped her face.
“Gauri..Om loves you and you do too..there’s no point me loving him and blocking you..I am here because of you Gauri..I studied because of you..and this is my time to pay you back..Go on Gauri..Go..”
“But-”
“No buts Gauri..look I will be over the moon if my crush, SRK confessed to me..you should go and do the same to Om..he is waiting go..GO gauri go..” Ishaana comanded.
Gauri nodded and ran out of her room and out of her house…she was crying and smiling at the same time.
“Ouch” she said as she bumped into someone.
She looked up. It was Om. Om held her in his arms.
“You?”
“Yes..me” he said.
Om wiped her tears slowly. Gauri smiled at him.
“I love you!” he said.
“I love you too” she said smiling as she hugged him.
“I’m so happy for you!!”
Gauri and Om broke their hug to see who it was. It was Ishaana running to them.
“Oh it’s you” said Om “Thanks Ishaana..you made me and Gauri one..”
Ishaana smiled.
All three of them hugged in happiness.
“Group hug..” said Ishaana

I’m sorry for all IshKara fans..I do try to be fair on all three of them..but I just LOVE Rikara..
I really do hope they confess their feelings soon on the show as well..
