The Episode starts with Kirti fixing Gajra and saying everything is perfect like a dream. Naira gets dizzy and falls. Everyone rushes to her and ask is she fine. Doctor comes. Naira says I just fell down because of this stool, my life is having comedy. They all smile. Dadi and Bhabhimaa cry. Rajshri and Devyaani ask them not to cry and then cry happily when Naira gets fine. Dadi says they are very special to us. Rajshri says yes, every relation gets a new form because of them. Devyaani says yes, I didn’t think marriage can happen in hospital, nothing matters where there is love. Bhabhimaa says they have to give tests always. Kartik comes with sehra. Manish, Suwarna and everyone dance on Chote chote bhaiyon ke…. Naksh and Manish do Naagin dance.

Kartik dances with them. Naira smiles. Bhabhimaa and everyone does Kartik’s aarti. Naitik asks Manish what happened, is everything fine. Rangey hai….plays….. Dr. Vishal sees the protest and asks the people to leave. The people refuse to leave. Dr. Vishal threatens of calling police. The people leaves. Dr. Vishal says thank God. Ward boy says those guys will get more people. Dr. Vishal says I worry for my patients, Naira’s surgery is very imp. Pandit chants mantras. Kartik recalls marriage. Pandit asks bride’s parents to come. Suwarna asks Manish to come. Manish says he asked for bride’s parents. Suwarna says I know, I will do her kanyadaan and regard her daughter, so that I don’t become her Saas. Naitik says I have done her kanyadaan before, you do this time. Suwarna says I m getting a chance to do such a good deed. Manish and Suwarna do the kanyadaan. Everyone cries happily. Dr. Vishal says people regard us Lord, but many things aren’t in our hands, Naira’s state is getting bad, we will try our best to do her surgery today, else handle it Lord. Pandit asks them to stand for pheras and recite vows. Naira says we will take our vows this time, we will exchange vows which we can keep.

Kartik says or the vows which we couldn’t keep and want to keep. Kartik lifts her. They promise not to hide anything from each other. Naira apologizes and promises that she won’t break her promise. She says we will always care for your emotions. He says we will stand by them. He fills sindoor in Naira’s maang. Pandit says marriage is completed. Everyone claps. Kartik and Naira joke. Lav says it will be much fun as they are back. Kartik says I love you Naira. Naira says I love you Kartik. She faints. They all get shocked.
