The Episode starts with Liza saying I will pray for Kairav’s surgery. Kairav says I m not scared that you have come, are you going somewhere. Kartik says no. Naira says no, we will always be with you. Dadi and everyone come there. Kairav asks Gayu did Vansh not come. Dadi and everyone cry. Ke saari yaadon …..plays….. Dadi hugs him and cries. Kairav says you are very heavy. They smile. Dadi says sorry, don’t call me child thief, you know who I am. Nurse says we have to take Kairav inside. Kartik asks Kairav not to get scared, they all are here. Kairav is taken. Nurse says this is consent form, you have to sign. Naira asks what’s written in it. Nurse says if anything goes wrong in the operation, you won’t hold hospital responsible for it.

Kartik warns Naira. She cries. Rahe na kyu pehle jaise….plays…. nurse says madam ordered this injection from Delhi, keep it safe. Samarth says its life saving drug, its used in emergencies. Naira says I wish its not needed. Kairav says I have to go to mum. Pallavi says you don’t go, we will call them here, close eyes first, we will go our work. Kairav says I have to go home and stay with dad’s big family. Dr. Mehta says I will try m best to make you fine. The operation starts. Everyone prays. Kartik says I can’t see this. He goes. Gayu asks where did Kartik go. Samarth says its okay, we are here. Dadi says I can’t see this, what would be Kartik going though, he couldn’t hug his son, he just got to know about his son’s illness.

Naira says maybe you forgot to think like a mum, none can decide who is more hurt of Kairav’s illness, none can judge this, who stayed separated and for how long. Pallavi comes. Naira asks is everything fine. Pallavi tells something. Naira asks what. She says I will call Kartik and come. Suwarna asks is everything fine. Pallavi asks where is Vedika. Suwarna says she is at home with Surekha. Pallavi says she would be upset, your son is strange, you all couldn’t explain him. Manish says sorry, we weren’t prepared for this, we all are with Vedika.

Suwarna asks is Kairav fine. Vansh asks where is everyone. Maid says they went to temple. Vansh says someone is lying, but why, where did everyone go, did they go to Kairav, even big bro run for him. He sees Surekha and asks where are mum and dad. Surekha says I will tell you. Naira thinks I have to tell Kartik, we can give strength to each other.

Naksh talks to Kirti. He says we miss you a lot, I will call you later, give my love to Krish. He hugs Devyaani and cries. Pallavi and other doctor say you will get fine and be with them.

Surekha says Gayu called me and told me everything. Akhilesh says yes, everyone is shocked here. Surekha says how can this happen, she stayed hidden from us, Lord always made Kartik and Kairav meet, when Kartik was going to make a start of new life, it was his marriage today, I wish we got to know this some time back, things would be different. Akhilesh says I will call you later, surgery is going to start. She says you don’t want to talk to me, Naira is better that Liza is with her, I have no one with me. He gets shocked. He says Liza is here. He worries. Maid says Vedika left from here. Kartik sits on the bench and cries thinking of Kairav. Naira comes there. She stops seeing Vedika with him.

Vedika says I had heard Akhilesh and Surekha’s words, I couldn’t stay there and came here, are you fine, I know this day would have brought a big shock for you, Kairav is your son, your wife who you assumed dead is alive, just think about Kairav, we always prayed for him, we will pray more, nothing will happen to Kairav, you arranged best surgeon for him, Pallavi will take good care of him, just think well, Kairav is a good boy. Naira goes back. She sees Vedika with sindoor and mangalsutra. She gets shocked. She thinks of her marriage. Manish scolds the reporter on call. Suwarna comes. He says media people irritate me, its all because of Naira. Suwarna says you mean Naira. She defends Naira. He says she just got problems for my son. She says it was my mistake when I lost Shubham, why can’t we support Naira. They argue. He says once Kairav gets fine, I will ask Naira to stop from meeting Kartik and Naira, she has done wrong, I can’t forgive her. He goes.

Suwarna says I know you love Naira equally as Kartik. Vedika says I don’t know what to say, we got married and then this happened. Kartik recalls…. Suwarna taking Kartik to the mandap. Kartik and Vedika get married. Naira stumbles and holds the plant. Kartik and Vedika see her. Dadi says marriage happened and then we got to know that Naira is alive, wrong happened with Vedika, Kairav isn’t at fault, I don’t know how will we solve this matter. Samarth says it all got complicated. Suwarna gets a call. She asks what, where did Vedika go. Dadi worries. Suwarna says Vedika didn’t tell anyone. Manish says Kartik is already worried for Kairav, we will find out where did Vedika go. Samarth says maybe she got to understand about Naira. Kartik says Vedika, this is Naira, my ex-wife, we stayed separated for five years, we didn’t see each other’s face, we didn’t know anything, I didn’t know, legally this marriage is over. He says Naira, this is Vedika, my wife. Naira cries.

Kartik says we got married some time back. Naira thinks of Kartik. Naira turns and says I had come to call you, doctor said Kairav’s mum and dad can see his surgery, you can come if you want, surgery is going to start. Naira and Kartik rush in. Dadi sees Vedika. Surekha asks did you find Vedika. Gayu says no, Dadi is already worried, you invited troubles. Surekha says Dadi will not leave me. Gayu says Vedika and Kairav are also Dadi’s fav now, I m already scared, leave it, you tell me if you find Vedika. Surekha says fine. Gayu thinks I also want Kairav to get fine, which would mean he will take Vansh’s place in the family.

Manish scolds the guards. Naira and Kartik rush inside OT. Dadi says now Kartik has become someone else’s husband. Vedika is here in the hospital. Vedika comes to them. They cry. Vedika asks Dadi not to worry, nothing will happen to Kairav. They hug. Juhi and Sid ask Kartik and Naira to see the surgery and not panic, everything is under control, maintain silence. Sid says you can come out if you don’t want to see it, you are brave parents of brave Kairav, we won’t be in surgery, Dr. Mehta and Dr. Pallavi will do it. Juhi says we had a brief with Dr. Mehta, our Sanjivani team and prayers are with Kairav, take care. They leave.

Naira holds Kartik’s hand. He gets angry and gets his hand away. They see seeing Kairav. They think of Kairav’s moments. They cry seeing the surgery beginning. Naira and Kartik hold hands. They close eyes and hug. Yeh rishta kya….plays….
