Scene 1
Amrita cries and says sorry mummy ji. She says I remember everything. Everything we possess is in this file. Now show me. She asks about the jewelry one by one. Amrita says whatever my family gave me I gave them. Kulwant says whatever the girl’s family gives is in-law’s. What respect do you have left in this house? Now you will wear this artificial jewelry. This is your punishment. Ginni says but Amrita is allergic to it. Kulwant says get out of here all you.
Manav comes back. Aditi says where were you? He says I was in the temple with mom. Aditi says are you still mad at me? He says why would I be? Aditi says I am sorry. I shouldn’t have cut my hand. When I heard you saying that I lost my mind. It was all my mistake. I shouldn’t have asked about the chunri girl. Sarab won’t have asked you and you won’t have said all that in anger. Manav says it’s okay please relax. He says one more thing, there’s no one is my life except for you and there won’t be. Aditi hugs him. He hugs her back.
Scene 2
Meher and Param pick the vegetables. They say it’s all from Sarab’s farms. They pick all vegetables together. Sarab comes. All farmers thank him for sending their kids to school. Param says mangoes? Meher says they don’t come in winters. Param says do they go to nani’s place? Sarab laughs. Sarab says tomatoes. Not redder than your cheeks. He says these spices, not spicier than you. She says eat them if you love me. He is about to eat it. Meher says no, you have a sensitive tongue. Meher says good mood? He says I have such a pretty face in front of me.
Scene 3
Manav meets his lawyer. He says I heard a lot of you. I want my son back. She says I am glad to represent a CBI officer in court. Who do we fight the case from? He says we have to win. Manav says do you know Sarabjit Singh GIll? He says we will fight from Sarab and Meher. Manav starts his story.
Param says we won’t eat saag. Meher says Karan tell BigB you have to eat saag to become strong like your dad. Param says Aditi bua and Vikram uncle like saag as well. Meher says I can’t get over the guilt Sarab. Sarab says don’t worry. We will be meeting our lawyer soon as well.
Seema gives Aditi a pump to her. She says thank you mom. She packs her bag. Sarab calls her. Aditi says I am going to Banglore for my conference. I spoke to Manav. He said there’s no girl in his life but me. I am so happy. Aditi leaves.
Scene 4
Sarab coms to his lawyer. He says Karan, I will win for you.
Kulwant says what happened Amrita? Jeeto says he ears are infected because she is allergic to artificial jewelry. She says take her photo so you two never do this. They leave. Amrtia’s mom calls. Kulwant puts it on speaker. She says why did you give your in law’s chain. You MIL blackened her face. Buddi.. Kulwant says you must be buddi. She says I didn’t say that. Kulwant says I will blacken your face as well. Go from here. Amrita cries.
The lawyer says I studied your case. We will have to see what Manav does to get his child. Devika says you can get your child. You can prove he is your child. Manav says I only want my son. I don’t want Meher or Sarab to be defamed. She says we will get DNA test done. How old is the baby? He says 5 months.
Sarab says I gave him the papers, that his past is over. Devika says this was Sarab’s game. I will get both of your names legal. You will be Vikram Dewan Alias Manav. So no one will question your names. You can use both. Manav says so this case will be in my favor? She says don’t take it so lightly. Court only gives custody to mothers. We have to prove that she’s an incapable mother.
Sarab’s lawyer says he’s the biological father. Even if Meher gets the custody now, he can claim again. We have to disqualify his claim. We can say in the court that Vikram s*xually assaulted Meher. Meher and Sarab are shocked. He forced.. Sarab says shut up. How dare you. It was love nothing like that. You have disgusting mentality. Meher says shame on you. Sarab says how dare you say that about my wife in front of me. Get out. Sarab says I am sorry for this Meher ji.

Precap-Sarab asks Aditi who is Devika? Aditi says she’s a big lawyer. Meher says who is Devika? Manav’s blood sample is taken. His officer says we have to take Karan’s blood sample as well. Robbie and Pathak come. Robbie says we are here to help. If you want, I can get you Karan’s blood sample.

Dear makers, so what are you going to show us in the end of the track? If you show Mehrab winning the case, why did you do too much melodrama for that Manav and defaming the main leads? If you show Manav winning the case, then what is the concept of the show? I think today’s episode is slightly better than yesterday’s one… What do you think?
what is sarab talking about that how could disrespect my wife and mehar swell does he know what disrespect is what ever his wife did a year ago it was respect of her family , remember in pakistan when we were little we heard these cases that villages people kill the boy for disrespecting of their family but why not girl as well

sorry i was not bashing any of them just could not understand thier reaction so if it was a rape then it is humiliating of mehar and if it was from her own will then it is a pure relationship then mehar is not getting humiliated ?
Both Manav and Sarab have started working on gaining Karan’s custody. They are not aware of each others intentions, but planning ahead. The specialty here is Sarab is trying to permanently remove Manav from Karan’s life. So that he can never claim Karan’s custody. Manav’s requirement is Karan, he doesn’t want to defame Sarab or Meher.
i dont think sarab wants to defame him either. Otherwise he could have gone for the assault option. Manav is also removing karan from meher’s life as well. My view is that for an infant unless the mother is really unfit, it is in the best interest of the child that he be left with the mother. The issue is neither meher nor manav but the best interest of the child is what should matter the most
Manav doesn’t want to remove Sarab or Meher from Karan’s life. It is more of his rights as a father and Karan to live with him. But what Sarab wants is to him to be Karan’s father and KARAN to continue to live as his and Meher’s child. So no way Manav can claim his child.If at all MANAV can come and play with him. It is not about Karan’s age, coz in that case Manav can apply for custody after Karan turns 5.
Also, assult argument will not stand in a trial as rapist would not want to claim a child and Manav-Meher love story was pretty much famous in the entire university. Then it has only been 1 year. All Meher’s friends knows that she willingly had an affair with Manav.
Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai ji..maan sakthi hoon ki rapist bacha nahi maangthe hain..lekin legally rape ka definition bohot hi complicated hain..ek baar aurat ne aroop laga diya tho mard ko apne aap nirdosh stapith karna bohot mushkil hain..IPC section 375 mein hain definition..agar assault ka arop lagaye tho manav aisa phasega ki voh kabhi usse bahar nahi nikalpayega aur bacha bhi nahi milega..lekin KHUSHI KI BAAT YEH HAI KI MEHRAB AISA KABHI NAHI KARENGE …so no worries..bhale lawyer kuch bhi bole..
PS : I am not at all supporting the lawyer..i happen to know that what he said is possible to harm manav so just saying…
And also i dont wish manav to be punished anymore especially for something that he has not done..i wish he starts a new life with aditi forgetting his past..
Radhika, I understand that s*xual assult charges are very serious and can ruin someone’s reputation. But during a trial if Meher and her lawyer wants to build this argument, they needs to prove it to the court. Once this argument is brought into light Manav’s lawyer will not stay silent. She will argue and if she proves the fact the charges are baseless. It will automatically prove that Meher is a bad influence as no mother would put such aligations and insult her child. So it is best for Sarab and Meher to not use such lies.
Ginige..point no 1: sarab and mehar are not gonna accuse manav of assault
Point no 2 : in any case of s*xual assault the burden of proof lies on the accused not the victim..if a female says she had not consented then no one can prove that whatever happened was with her consent..it doesnt matter if they were lovers, and were famous in college..the law remains the same..even if the accused is the husband of the victim it doesnt matter..court mein agar aurat kahe ki jo huva uske razamandi ke bina huva tha then its a valid allegation…not baseless..proving that she had consented as long as she doesnt accept it is impossible..and friends can only say that mehar had an affair with manav..that doesnot prove her consent for having s*xual relationship..even in case of a married couple if the wife says that she did not give her full consent, then husband can also be charged with assault..
Point no 3: My purpose of saying this is only because few are saying that its not a bigdeal that mehar and sarab did not agree to the lawyer..even if they would have then it would be baseless etc..which is not true..uss lawyer ne ghatiya baath kaha lekin usne jo kaha voh legally valid hain..agar mehar ne aisa koi arop lagaya tho manav ko saza bhi milsakthi hain aur bacha bhi nahi milega..agar aapko shak hai tho app IPC 375 poora aur 376 bhi koi government site se check kar ligiye..meine text se padha hai..lekin lagtha hai government websites mein bhi available hoga..
Radhika, I know Meher and Sarab are not in favour of lawyer’s suggestion and rightfully so. But I don’t think that they really did tell the lawyer all detail of the case ( the past story). However, I don’t agree that a woman can accuse a man and without even a fair chance to defend himself, he will be punished or termed as unfit father by the court. Just as much as Meher has the right to put her side of story, Manav too will get a fair chance.
Yes, the accusations will initially damage Manav’s life. But it is not something that his lawyer can not defend. Mainly Manav lawyer will ask why would Manav fight for a child if he had done such act and how come Sarab allowed such person to live with his sister. These are just general facts that I see.
With due respect the issue is not meher or manav. The point is what is best for the infant.

I trusted Sarab that he will never allow the lawyer to defame his wife. What a honourable man who loves his wife and family so much. If all women have husbands like him, then there will happiness in the world. On The other side, look this double edged sword saying he only wants his child, he doesn’t want to defame Meher and Sarab. That talk is just like saying you don’t eat dog meat, then you went ahead to use your teeth to share the meat. How can he demand for his child without causing scandal. Bcs, to me he is just demanding. Nobody will hand over a child of 5 months to a clueless man when the mother is alive and well with a good home.
As we are watching the serial in my house, I use to tell my daughters to learn lesson from Meher’s mistake of allowing this snake to come near her before marriage. Look at the consequences. If not that God wipe her tears with a God fearing man like Sarab, what will she be facing now. Check it out, if it were to be Manav in Sarab’s shoes, he would have thrown out the baby for long since he only believes that if it’s your blood, then it should come to you. Funmilayo! this is all an unnecessary over dramatic insisting on khoon ka rishta sentiment (only for Manav not for Meher) track. If i am mother of a girl in her second year degree course i never agree for a match like manav’s and convince my daughter if she likes someone out of infatuation ( i will convince ofcourse i don’t plan to murder !!!just saying possibilitiy) at the age of 19 to 20 years age it is purely infatuation. recent case of two IAS officers matured enough rank 1 and 2 of candidates selected for IAS married and within 2 years divorced. The country praised as amarprem when they got married . Manav was doing his Phd and not settled in life and don’t they know the repurcussions if they go around holy fire as marriage without any legality and cross the borders? who is doing such silly things now a days and name it as love. before he got his memory back he used to hug as often as possible aditi and used to say sweetheart! so poor girl pinned lot of hopes on him.Once he got his memory back he became obsessive for and it looked further bachapana his behaviour in serbia . When finally he found Meher is a lost case for him and she is sarab’s he got info about karan and now after karan. If he is sensible man before such big drama happened with aditi he would have informed her the whole thing and convinced her. she would have understood though not happily. Now if he put mehar and sarab in embarassing position characterwise he might have got enlightenment that it affects karan in future. Anyway the whole process is looking so unconvincing and senseless drama with oversetimental and emotional for the sake of poor viewers like my nani and daadi by all means not for practical people. just to complicate things else he would have told his mother also the reality and convince her so that he would have got moral support or lessons if momis sensible. anyway the whole trash of custody track may go for another 1 month atleast.

It is difficult to foresee the ending but, and this has been speculated by others, a DNA test might reveal that Manav is in fact not the father, and perhaps Meher not the mother either, eventually. There was a deliberate mix up by the makers at Karan’s birth and it may be that Meher chose the ‘wrong’ baby when the child was taken by Aditi’s assistant and Aditi did not require any ‘prove’ that the child was Meher’s, like a blood test or something. That might be a possible outcome that would leave both Meher and Manav in a hunt to find the ‘real’ child. But if on the other hand if DNA reveals that Manav is in fact the father, this drama will go on and on and never end. Either way, it may be that this serial is coming to a conclusion in the near future and the writers will run out of new ideas – how many murder’s and kidnapping’s can they keep doing.
I would rather watch this. If this happened could it be aditi knows about it and is stuck because she can’t say truth in fear of being disowned.
Seems intresting but am sure it won’t happen. A mother knows her child very well,as the child is a part of his mother.
i have not watched that part when adity swooped the babies but if it happened then karan is not mehar nor manav s son.

It is intriguing to recall that Dr Aditi always knew that Karan is not Sarab’s child long before the birth. Clearly, something deliberately happened after the child’s birth – either she for some reason actually wanted to kidnap the child or else her servant mis-understood her instructions. At that time, she wanted ‘revenge’ on Sarab and was willing to do anything to punish him. Her motive was to get a nurse to enter the Gill house to administer a sinister pill (with some success, but the nurse failed). Now, if it turns out Karan is someone else’s child, than, ironically, Manav and Meher/Sarab will have a common incentive to find the birth child. The series may be headed that way. In a way, that would be a ‘happy ending’ in the sense that the custody battle will automatically end and there will be no ‘winner’.

5) Manav does not want to ruin Mehrab’s reputation. He just wants his son Karan.🙌
6) Meher can get custody for only 5 years but after that Manav can again claim his son. Achha hai, achha hai😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.

* Vikram – Aditi conversation, finally it seems like Manav has admitted Aditi as part of his life. He no more wants her out. He isn’t in love with her but he acknowledged her.

* Aditi- Seema relationship, love how Seema treats Aditi and vice versa

Manav road to destruction has begun especially if he excepts the help of Robbie and Patack. Then we know the case will end with Meher and Sarab winning . To looks like the writers have decided to make Manav a negative character.If u look at his CBI record he never wins. Things might go in his favour to start with but in the end something big will come up that will change the whole case against him leading to him losing the custody forever. Especially if Patack and Robbie crime come up and Manav link with them to. Then Manav will be considered an unsafe parent.
Like your view point. Hope it would happen at the earliest to save many viewers from this over dramatic emotional track and get relief!! when other shows of the same channel becoming interesting this show which is no.1 till now is going in reverse order!!
