The entire crowd congratulations Mr Saluja, they exclaim that he has made it a competition, they say they have never seen a competition like this in their life, Abhi replies that he feels there should always be a competition and now it is time to celebrate.
Pragya receives a call from Gautam, she asks what did he heard, she questions what does he mean, he replies she bought the property from him saying it was really important but now is trying to sell it, Pragya replies that she has informed Sushma but doesnot feel important to discuss it with anyone else, Gautam wonders why is he not angry with her, she is rude and stubborn but even then he doesnot feel angry, she even blamed him calling him a thief yet he is still not mad, he thinks it is when they are in love.
Abhi is with the bidders when they are congratulating him, the secretary is with someone who says that he doesnot seem like Mr Saluja, she replies that it is because this is his first auction, sometimes the bidders tend to send their proxy at the auction.
Pragya comes to congratulate Mr Saluja, he shakes his hand and even kisses her, he taking off the hat, Pragya is shocked to see that it is Abhi, she questions why is he still following her, he disguised as Mr Saluja, he has once again deceived her, he replies he is not deceiver but when someone gives him a lecture he pays no heed however if he is challenged he wins the challenge without any problem, Pragya replies he has not changed and is still a deceiver, Abhi replies she has also not changed, she was irritating before but the difference is that she makes him feel angry because of her revenge but what is the reason, Sushma jee says he must not force her to post his pictures everywhere so her guards stop him, Abhi replies to take his autograph, she is really frustrated, he mentions she would also like him after seeing his concern for Pragya, Sushma jee replies it can never happen, Abhi replies she challenged him to earn the money and buy back the property but it only took a fix with which he was able to stop the auction.
Abhi warns them to not challenge him any time, he is always ready to win any sort of competition, Sushma replies she would always remember him.
Abhi responds she should remember his name Abhishek Prem Mehra and not his work, it is because of the Prem in his name that he is like this, if she ever wants to defeat him she must use the power of love, he doesnot have anything worthwhile in his life which is why he doesnot work as he feels there is no need but when he will once again find the love, he would surely be able to ruin her entire plan without any difficulty. Abhi mentions he has everything except love, Sushma jee calls the security ordering them to throw him out of the house, he however signs his hand mentioning it is his name, he turns back advising Pragya to at least take his name once in a day, if she takes his name ten times then might started talking in a polite manner, he explains they should start with something honest so taking off the jacket asks her to give it to Mr Saluja, he turns to leave which really angers Pragya.
Prachi walks towards the door, Ranbir says that it would be the launderer, Prachi mentions that she knows it is the manager, Ranbir exclaims why do people always tend to cause problem, he gets a call from Sid, Ranbir immediately questions why does he always call Prachi because he used to feel that they were friends, Sid mentions that he is just calling for work, Prachi taking the mobile explains she has given the papers to the manager and ends the call, Prachi goes into the kitchen, Ranbir exclaims that it is his area but Prachi replies they are a couple so both are responsible, she mentions she would make mix vegetables for them, Ranbir asks her to teach him how to kneed the flour.
Sushma jee says to Pragya that she should not think about him, Pragya replies it is not that, but she has in the past two years lost just one and he has once again ruined her entire life, the manager comes with the papers asking where is Mr Saluja as he needed to sign the papers, Mr Saluja comes exclaiming what sort of a poor management is this as he was locked in the bathroom for a long time, Pragya calls the guards ordering that if the person comes to the house they all should inform her, Sushma jee orders the manager to once again give the time of 6 pm for the auction, Manager replies it might not be possible for everyone to be back, Sushma jee explains they all loved the property so would surely come back.
Aliya and Tanu both get out of the auto, Tanu hands the driver the money asking him to keep the change but he asks her to pay the full amount, she questions why are they still in the house, Tanu and Aliya exclaim they would not let Pragya benefit form their house, Aliya replies that when the house was taken from them because of the court case it was given to Thapar but she will not allow Pragya to profit from it.
Prachi is showing Ranbir how to kneed the flour, she shows they have to pour in a little water otherwise it will become rubbery, Ranbir replies it is better as they both would be glued together, they are really close when the neighbour comes asking for sugar but she turns mentioning it might a wrong time, Ranbir coming to Prachi exclaims he is fed up with the interference in their lives as he feels that everyone is an enemy of his romance, he cannot accept it, he advises they should go to a place where there is no interference, Prachi taunts him saying they can go to the jungle, where the jaguar and money will be their neighbours.
Sushma jee apologizes to everyone, she explains that Dev would once again start the bidding, when the auction starts Sushma jee says that everyone has come back because they all liked the house but the only person who would get is the one who bids the highest amount.
Tanu questions Aliya where her secretary is, Aliya replies she has ended the call so would be arriving really soon, Aliya receives a call from Juhi so asks if everything is the same with papers, she decides to go inside.
The auction is progressing and Sushma jee says that it is the for the best because the amount has crossed 250 crores, but now it will also cross 300 crores, Aliya and Tanu enter exclaiming the auction cannot happen, Dev questions who are they because they were not invited, Tanu replies they are not here because of the invitation, Pragya questions when did she get the bail, Tanu and Aliya turn to see Pragya, Sushma jee is also shocked to see Tanu.
Precap: Pragya tells Aliya and Tanu that papers are needed for those relations that can easily break. She doesn’t need to show her rights on anything or anyone. She just wants to give justice to someone. Aliya asks who. Pragya says there is someone who was betrayed. Everything was snatched away from her. She changed and now she will take revenge.

Oh great the duo Talia come to ruin things as usual! But I wanna know what is Pragya actually going to do to get revenge. She might get the mansion but she said it will be for Dadi as it’s important to her but what is she actually going to do I wonder!
Also Pranbir small moments are so cute I feel bad for Ranbir there’s always always someone to interrupt them🤦♀️I wish we see more of their romantic sweet moments before Rhea returns
For all the pranbir fans, I hope so. they are a beautiful pair to watch and the gentleness they provide (really Ranbir because Prachi can be so jumpy) truly is a refuge from all the madness around them. Of course that makes them a target for any of the Mehra’s and their like-minded friend Pallavi. the Mehra’s destroy lives of anyone who shows that they have love/happiness. that’s what all of the Mehra’s do. Even Dadi who ‘found’ Pragya as she wanted pragya to marry Abhi so that Pragya would teach Abhi to become a functioning adult. aliyah and tuna-fish had other ideas. The longer Prabir stay away from anything ‘Mehra’ the safer they will be.
can i kill TALIA? I hope Abhi won’t let them ruin Pragya now. They can stop auction but they cannot do anything since they don’t even have money to pay for taxi! Pragya will keep MM and Aaliya will snatch it and TALIA will win as usual. Akta you might need to rename this serial.

In the very beginning Abhi made jokes about how his so very popular song-writing was meaningless horsesh*t that he did, simply to gain sales. Abhi is a insincere fool, who sure, may be able to turn a pretty phrase but lets face it, this character only acts on instructions from the tuna-fish and aliyah. Many people who are mentally challenged will wait for instruction from someone that they believe is ‘smarter’. Abhi is a double idiot because he takes instructions from the two criminals tuna-fish/aliyah… really a pr*stitute and a thief/murderer. He relentlessly chose these two over a wife who loved him and was actually smart at one time.

While Aliya is trying to stop the auction Pragya will learn why and how Mehra mansion soldfrom the papers Aliya brought . Some secrets (even Abhi doesn’t know) will be discovered by Pragya. That secretes may cause Aliya to be jailed (my dream).
The common of KKB characters is not to learn from their experiences. It contradicts with human nature and theories of learning. Aliya’s papers are with a high probability fake documents showing Aliya as the owner and she will be jailed because of preparing fake documents. Ahh it will be too good to punish Aliya because of her specialization in faking
It might be interesting to find out how Shushma knows of the tuna-fish. Perhaps it was the tuna-fish that led her daughter’s husband to reject Sushma’s daughter. I hope so! Perhaps Shushma can teach Pragya what revenge really looks like. This actress has the ‘killer look’ in her eyes (for the role) and could carry the revenge energy because Pragya is too lost and too soft to actually carry vengeance, as an actress and as a character.
Fake Documents By Aliya:
1.Registering Mogambo’s house in her name
2. Attempting to register Abhi’s properties in her name (By using Munni)
3. Documents showing Abhi and Pragya divorced (2 times)
4. Attempting to be legal owner of everything that Abhi possed (Abhi turned into a child)
5. Partneshipness of Abhi’s company (we didn’t see it but she had told to Pragya ‘she will be a partnership of the company by means of Tanu)
6. I think the last fraud paper of Aliya is now at auction hall

So all the time they were living in poverty after losing everything, with barely any money to buy food and meds, and maybe proper clothes reason Tanu have to steal even cosmetics, now they see Pragya and learns mansion is being auctioned, suddenly everyone have money? Huh!
Useless Abhi can win the auction, Aliah and Tanu kow have power to stop auction? I’m confused, I’ll wait for more updates as I don’t watch this serial.

Aaliya and Tanu as well as Abhi have no money. This is all just drama to stop the auction and sale.
Because if they had money they would not live in poverty, Abhi would not have dressed up at the auction and Aaliya-Tanu would not try to stop the auction with possibly fake papers.
Even if you watch, it still doesn’t make sense.
They are like lions without teeth. A lot of noise but no bite!! So ridiculous. How can the stop the sale?? Let’s see how the writers pull this one off.
the writers will review old episodes and some of Ekta’s other productions and they will copy and paste the next ‘twist of fate’ plot. If you can call it that. I wonder if they are still claiming that this production is based on a British classic, an actual well written literary story. This story is based on British Raj Hinduism… corrupted Hinduism and beautifully serves the current political landscape in India. The Peacock King requires more ‘useless eaters’ to make his dreams come true.
Do you think forgery of documents will stop Aliya? She is done it before, and still haven’t received a punishment. It will not be difficult for her to concoct another false document. She will once again get out of the water dry. I am more than sure that she will frame eigher Abhi or Tanu, or maybe even Pragya. Pragya will feel sorry for everyone again. And we will never see this revenge.

Pragya has the ownership rights of the MM, because she has the property papers. I seriously wonder what the two Aaliya-Tanu wants to get with fake papers. I know the hope is small because of Pragya’s memories but since everyone is obsessed with the mm Pragya himself could instead move in. And Abhi works as personal auto mechanic for Pragyas car. 😁
Oh, and yes, I also hope that Tanu is connected with the death of Sushma’s daughter. It would be too good if the mother also takes revenge for the death of her daughter.
So in India, auctions that involve 250-300 crores, also welcome or allow entry to two persons pretending to be normal women, dressed in chawl style? LOL. I’m not buying that at all. They would be sent away by security at the gates and would never be allowed to enter the building. The most they could hope for is for a higher level house employee to handle them at the gate. They would not be allowed on the property. The owners of the home would not be bothered or even told that these two had been banging on the gate. And the security guard would be either chastised or lose his job because he didn’t know how to do his job properly.

Well this show has repeatedly told us that most police officers, judiciary and doctors are corrupt and are easily bought for chump change. Aliah has ‘friends’ who have provided her with fake documents from a law office before. If memory serves, the tuna-fish has done the same… nb during her pregnancy with Nikhil’s help in the lawyers office where Purab and Akash were trying to steal the fake documents. they were caught but did have time to change the tuna-fish’s marriage record.

Could Tanu and Alia have stolen the property documents when Pragya lost the purse in the Boutique 🤔. Maybe they used this to make the fake papers.
Stealing the official papers is another comedy of KKB. In real life the records of related government office is valid, whether you lost or they are stolen doesn’t have any importance
