Aditya tells Imlie that he is a biggest criminal and will handover himself to police Malini starts emotional blackmail and asks why don’t she think of her, what will peope think of her character. She hugs Aparna and acts a crying. Dulari thinks Kalini is more wicked, she will tackle her later. Adi says once he goes to jail, even Malini will not be blamed. Imlie says after thinking about family, she decided its better he supports Malini and she gets leaves this house; their story has entangled so much that its time to break it, their relationship is bonded by the thread of trust and she is breaking it. She walks away with Mithi and Dulari holding her potli/bag. Anu smirks while Imlie’s supporters cry. Adi tries to walk behind her. Aparna warns if he tries to stop Imlie, he will see her dead face.
Imile breaks down after getting out of main door hugging Mithi. Mithi says Seeta Maiya will handle everything. They see a religious group carrying god’s idol, and Imlie thinks whenever sin happens, god comes to fight, how should she start her fight now. She sees her burnt sari piece in Dev’s car dickie and opening the dickie via her hair pin thinks this is her sari, then what is it doing in Dev’s car, why did Anu and Malini try to burn it, did Malini got intimate with Adi wearing her sari, Malini did a big sin and she will get her punished.
Adi insists Aparna to let him go to Imlie. Malini asks him to accept god’s wish and learn to live with her. He says he cannot live without Imlie. Aparna says whatever happening now is right. They hear a police siren, and Aparna asks Adi why did he call police. Harish asks Anu if she called police. She denies. Rupali asks who called police then. Inspector with his team enters. Aparna says they didn’t call him. Radha says Adi didn’t do any mistake. Inspector asks who is Malini Chaturvedi and says she is under arrest. Dev shocked asks why. Anu asks who complained. Imlie with Dulari and Mithi enters and says she complained against Malini. Adi asks what is she doing. Imlie says she is getting Malini arrested for fooling her husband and spending night with him. Anu shouts what nonsense. Harish asks if Imlie knows what is she saying. Anu asks how will a woman force herself on a 6 feet strong man. Harish says inspector is mistaken. Inspector says complaint is made and hence they should sort out the issue between them. Imlie says Malini mixed hypnotic in juice and served it to her in-laws and husband and then got intimate with her husband. Adi asks her to stop. Imlie says she will not let wrong happening to him and will not keep quiet until she gets Malini punished.
Malini says she is alleging her in frustration. Adi says she alleged Malini last time without any proof. Imlie says she has proof and showing her burnt sari says she found it in Anu’s car, Malini used it to lure him. Anu says she tried to burn it and not Malini as she brought Sari for her daughter and seeing a maid wearing similar sari, how can she tolerate it. Imlie says she is lying. Anu says she is lying and provoked a tigress, now she and whole Tripathi family will be not spared and she will ruin their reputation. Imlie asks inspector to arrest Malini. Inspector arrests Malini and drags her away. Imlie and her team feel proud off themselves. Aparna asks Imlie why did she do this. Imlie says she did right and without complaint, there wouldn’t have been justice. Aparna asks did they get justice when she did wrong to them, why did she return when she was going by herself. Harish asks when she boasts about protecting their dignity, then why did she ruin it. Radha also comments. Dulari rudely shouts at Radha and says she is illiterate but knows that whether a man or woman does mistakes, he/she should be punished.

Policemen don’t easily agree when a person files an FIR. But after an FIR is made, police do take action. If not action, they atleast arrest the person and start with the interrogation. But I don’t think that police will do drama in the house and let people even speak. They say whatever you want to speak, speak in police station. Everything is manipulated in show anyways. I don’t know why in serials police are shown to be soft hearted who simply take the suspect and let people speak much things. Police are rigid in India hence functioning well much strongly in national safety matters. Police are made jokers in this show. You know, it’s an insult of both Police and Jokers.

Countless times both high court and supreme court ruled that forced s*x in marriage is not a crime. You give some rights on your body to your partner when you are consenting for the marriage. Right from when india attained her freedom, we have laws against salvery and caste disparities. We are living in 21st century. So don’t compare our laws to that of ancient times. Shanaya, actually morality wise and justice wise also, marital rape is something that should be punishable by law. Everything should happen with consent of the partner. Thing like Marital rape should be seriously considered. Just because law hasn’t proclaimed anything against it, it doesn’t mean justice is right in everything. Not every law in India is meaningful. Including inefficient caste reservation system, weak laws against rape, no law against marital rape, no law which will bring people out if poverty. Even if such law is introduced to eradicate poverty, the poor people aren’t aware about it.
I will just say Indian Justice is not so perfect. Nothing in this is perfect. So, even having no law against marital rape is Indian Justice’s imperfection. Much of Indian population is a victim of marital rape and many women suffer that only for the better future of their children. Human body is not simply a toy that whenever the other partner uses it. Of all, rape and marital rape is just the same thing. And marital rape is much more hurtful since it’s the person you know who uses you as a toy.
Supporting Malini is not the wrong thing. But supporting a marital rapist just because the person is Malini, makes no sense at all. We say Adi is a criminal since he is a bigamist. Even I doubt if you live in India because I have myself seen many Dalit people not benefitted by caste reservation near my village in Uttar Pradesh itself. Only rich low caste grp enjoys reservation benefit.

Logically, I feel when a story is written, we usually travel along the writers point of view.we never take sides nor justify any character. This is the first serial where we go against the writers thoughts. We get more aversion on the main character because the writer relies more on religious factors like destiny, beliefs , trust ,God ( mind you he keeps playing with all that we consider holy)to make all her sins as if its right and true. Adithya is mere puppet to make her wrongs as right. In reality, we see a lot of Malinis who are born sweet by nature turning out to be ( become) a real vamp because of people like imilie.Psychologically these characters are completely in love with a person beyond reason it is very difficult to hate them . The writer has shattered her reputation to pieces, yet we still love her to bits.why? If you are alleged to show something new please show point of view from both sides. Either Imlie is strong willed woman who never ever do bad to anyone nor take it or show her she is same drama girl. They are actually glamourise the whole concept of forced marriage. By Malini character They wanted to affirm what happened to rich ladies they deserve it. Rich educated ladies deserves to be cheated as they don’t know how to behave in coy manner and how to cook moti roti. Really Imlie serial is another garbage thrown on main media. There is nothing progressive about this serial. For sake of love story makers forget Imlie career shown as super woman like she is not 18 but 30 years woman. Injustice to Malini is justified by showing her she is bad as she wants to take revenge and wants aditya back. So what she wants Aditya back. She loved him. But here writers don’t want to show psychology of woman who was betrayed by the man she loved most in life. How she is unable to harm in anyway that person but still want that person suffer. Whatever Malini is doing with Imilie is inevitable as no woman love their sautan specially the woman told you sister sister so long and snatched your husband from you. Still pretending to be innocent as she done nothing wrong to you.
Aditya character is one of the pathetic character as I came across as main lead till now. He is the real reason behind all this. He is selfish character. His mother rightly pin pointed to Imlie he fell for her charm. He actually in 7 years got bored with perfect relationship. He wanted some masala. 28 years old professor can’t gave him that fun of life. It is the age of stability. He is the actual culprit here. But writers wants to show him righteous one. He after getting married to Malini realised his itch for fun. He only thought of himself that’s why he actually introduce Imlie as his first wife and recognise his forced marriage. He knows this is the only way to legitimise his Adultery he done to Malini. This friendship is his drama to escape from second marriage without getting punished. He if ever cared about malini in real sense never started his relationship with Imlie before he took divorce from Malini. Never tarnish Malini image by saying Imlie is his first wife. He never thought how malini will face the world. He thought a Imlie will left alone in world. 18 years bright girl whose marriage can easily be got annulled as forced marriage can’t able to get a guy in her life but 28 years old divorcee somebody second wife can get match easily. He is just like any other person not hero. Makers how find hero in him I don’t know. He is not a faulty character but actually a selfish and player. This story is total jhamela and I left watching it for so long. Today I came across forum read about story so far. I felt so happy I saved myself watching this crap. This serial justify Adultery forced marriage and cheating on the name of love only. So guys who felt bad for Malini don’t watch this show. For glorifying Adulterous love story they will definitely turn Malini into evil as they also know Aditya and Imilie is criminal and if they show malini innocent and pure.
