The Episode starts Kartik saying congrats to all of us, you wanted a baby sister. Kairav says I want mumma also. Dadi and Suwarna pray for Sirat. Doctor comes. Kartik asks is Sirat fine. Doctor says she isn’t conscious, she is fine, but weak, mum and daughter are fighter, they came back from the death, the baby you gave encouraged Sirat. Kartik says its because of our prayers. Suwarna says yes, Sirat could reach here by Kairav’s help. Kartik asks when can we meet Sirat. Doctor says you can meet her, your daughter…. next 24 hours are critical for her, hopefully everything goes well.

Kartik and everyone see the baby. Dadi cries. Suwarna says doctor said both are fighters, its not easy for anyone to make her lose, she will come back to us soon. Kartik says she has to come back, else I will break down, I promised Sirat that I will take care of our baby. Manish says be strong, this fight isn’t easy. Kairav asks baby to get fine, she isn’t weak, she is a champion’s daughter, just win, we all have to play with you. Akshu gives the black thread. Kairav asks how did your thread get untied, you want to give this protection thread to baby sister, right. He asks nurse to keep the thread near the baby. Nurse keeps it. Kairav says what an idea, the baby is moving when the thread reached her. He prays. Manish, Kartik and Suwarna look on. Its morning, Sirat wakes up. She asks Kartik, where is our baby. She sees everyone sad and asks is the baby fine. He says listen to me, baby is much weak. She says I want to see the baby, take me there. Doctor brings the baby. She says no need to worry, newborn specialist has seen all the reports, your daughter is fine. Sirat asks did I get a daughter. Kartik says yes, our daughter, is she fine. Doctor says yes, mum and daughter are fighters. Sirat says you wanted a daughter, we got a daughter. Dadi thanks Lord. Sirat says doctor, give the baby to Kairav first, he has the first right on her, we are alive because of him, thanks Kairav. Kairav takes the baby. Kartik says be careful.

Kairav cries and says I got emotional, she is little and cute also, Akshu, she has held the black thread in her hand, our sister got fine because of your idea. Gayu says amazing, Akshu and Kairav love their sister a lot. Kartik and Sirat hug the baby. Dadi wards off bad sight. Gayu says we should celebrate. Dadi says why not, we will go home and make preparations. Suwarna asks Manish to stay with Sirat. They all leave. Kartik says you both scared me, I thought I will lose any one. Sirat asks how could I break my promise, we won’t leave you so soon. He says don’t think so, else I will leave you and go. She says we won’t let you go. He says I won’t leave my lovely wife and daughter. She says I forgot this. They argue about baby names. He says you gave her birth, I will give her the identity. She smiles.

They come home with the baby. Dadi does their aarti. They smile seeing the decorations. They all sing yeh rishta kya….. and dance. Sirat asks the baby’s name. Kartik says fine, close your eyes first. Everyone closes eyes. Kartik asks Kairav and Vansh to come. Kartik asks them to open eyes now. They see the big gift boxes. Kartik asks them to open the boxes. They see the alphabets hanging to the balloons. They open all the boxes and see the name Aarohi.

Sirat says Aarohi. Everyone says Aarohi and clap…. Kartik asks did everyone like this name. They say its lovely. Sirat says the name I thought was better. She jokes. Dadi says Aarohi is better. After a month, Sirat wakes up. Akshu and Aarohi cry. She says they both wake up at the same time. Kartik says don’t worry, its a matter of some years. She says then I will die. He says we are parents of little kids, dying isn’t allowed to us. They take care of both the kids. The kids sleep. Kartik says they are like angels. Sirat says they create a storm on waking up, its a problem when both wake up. He says they both want mumma, when I make them laugh all day and change diapers, I will get them on my team, I will get clothes. She says get it for Akshu, not Aarohi, she will wear Akshu’s clothes, I want the love to stay the same between our kids. He says it will be the same.
