Gehna/Kajal remembers Abhay’s friend Manish’s words. Abhay walks to her and asks if she is fine. Gehna says that boy and his friend were saying same words. Abhay says they are together conspiring against her, asks her not to bother, and gives her medicine. Gehna forgets to consume medicine thinking about Manish and Anant’s words and thinks she will take medicine tomorrow. She questions Abhay’s mother why was Manish saying she is not Kajal. Mother says she should question Abhay if she has any doubt. Abhay gathers family and says tomorrow is a special day for him as its his and Kajal’s wedding anniversary, gifts wedding photo to Kajal, and fixes photo frame to a wall. His mother and sister discuss that another girl’s life is in danger again, remembering Abhay killing many girls before, and Priya thinks god should save at least this girl. Rohan says mamma. Abhay says his mamma is here only and tells Gehna to get ready as their anniversary will start in a few hours.

Gehna gets ready for anniversary celebration. Rohan walks to her nervously. She calls him and says he shouldn’t be afraid of mamma and can share anything he wants to with her without any fear. He asks if she will really not tell this to anyone. She says no and gives pinky promise. He says papa and gets afraid seeing Abhay walking in. Abhay asks what were they talking about. Gehna says its between mother and son. Abhay asks Rohan to go and sleep and tries to get romantic with Gehna. Gehna stops her and asks if he has planned something for her. He blindfolds her takes her to terrace saying she will know how much her husband loves her. He shows anniversary cake and cuts it with her. She gets a blur flashback of cutting cake with Anant. He plays Teri Galiyan.. song and dances with her. She gets a flashback of dancing with Anant and him giving gifts. Finally, Anant’s face clears in her flashback. Abhay asks if she is remembering her past. She imagines Anant asking him to reveal Abhay that she is remembering him. Abhay says there is no one else here than them. She says she is remembering her past celebration with him. Anant asks her to tell truth. Abhay says he is happy that medicines are working and goes to get medicines.

Gehna asks Anant to stop following him as he is just an illusion and should get out of her heart and mind. He says he will and asks her to listen to her heart and find out truth for their sake. Abhay returns with medicine and insists her to take it. Gehna thinks its for her memory, then why she was getting flashback without it. She questions Abhay if its for her, then why he gives it to his mother and sister. He gets angry for questioning him and forcefeeds her medicine. She removes it once he leaves and thinks of finding out truth.

Kanak creates drama and acts as leaving house. Baa reminds she is pregnant. Kanak says Anant is acting insane like Gehna and may harm her and her baby, so its better she and Pankaj stay away from this house. Hema suggests to shift to her parent’s house. Kanak says Anant should shift instead. Anant walks to her and says he is perfectly fine, so is Gehna, Gehna is wronged by her so called claimed fake husband, says that he will not leave this house. Kanak gets tensed thinking her plan didn’t work at all, what if Anant brings back Gehna to Desai house.

Precap: Gehna suggests Abhay’s mother and sister not to take Abhay’s given medicine and inform her what they remember, they should act
in front of Abhay. Abhay walks in.
