Lock Upp began with a bang and has already created a lot of buzz. The first episode of the show witnessed a fight between contestants Siddharth Sharma and Shivam Sharma. Amidst the high voltage drama, some meaningful and heart-to-heart conversations were also witnessed.
Now according to the latest reports, actress Nisha Rawal has announced a hunger strike for the rights of her fellow inmates. The actress is demanding for basic essentials to be given back to everyone which were earlier confiscated while they were entering the jail. For the unversed, the contestants were given the choice of just selecting three essentials before entering the lock upp.
Though the hunger strike resulted in some of the essentials being restored, Nisha is still fighting for the basic rights of all the inmates insisting that she wants everyone’s items to be given back.
While the inmates were urging Nisha to discontinue the strike she is adamant about her demands and has refused to give up till everyone’s items are restored.
