Chapter 67: “Little High, Little Low”

The episode starts with Roddhima being shocked. Everyone who was previously eavesdropping in their conversation, also came inside. Riddhima in a shocked way, asks,
Rid: What happened Aryan? Why are you saying this?
Ary(serious but relaxed): Actually, I know its my own personal reason but I am sorry I will not be able to do it!
Sej: Means what?
Aryan: I have lost my sister. Though I have lost her long back but still my wounds have got fresh. I need some time to recover myself otherwise (smirks lightly) You know all that without me all 4 weddings will be boring!

Sia: 3! There are 3 weddings going on in this house not 4!
Aryan(slowly coming in mood), Don’t you all want me to get married?

Everyone again did a big what!!!
Aryan: Come on guys! Why are you all so dramatic?
Rid: But who’s the girl? Do you like someone? You didnt even tell me Aryan?
Everyone was eager to know but Ishani was the most eager and shocked. The mere thought of Aryan getting married felt to her as if someone had snatched her reason of living!

Aryan: No I dont like her. (Smiles) Actually I love her! I don’t think I can love anyone anymore than this!
Sia: Where does she lives?
Aryan: In Mumbai! Her name is Riya!!

Everyone thought that he was talking about Ishani but when he took another name, everyone got mixed emotions. Happy for Aryan and Sad for Ishani.
Everyone was like “Oh well great!”

And then, Aryan started telling about Riya, personality and her family. But Ishani has totally gone deaf to everything right after hearing Riya’s name. Ishani was totally having a pale face and her steps begin to recede. She slowly turned and was walking out of the room in her own thoughts when someone held her wrist. It was Aryan. She turned,
Aryan: I am telling about the love of my life and you are going?
Ishani(hiding her tears): No! I just got to remember something. Its important so that’s why!
Aryan: Nothing could be more important for you at this moment than your best friend’s wedding.
Ishani was silent.
Aryan: Come on Ishani! You don’t miss even a small detail about me when you have to make fun of me and now, You are not even paying heed.
Ishani tried to remove her wrist from his grip,
Ish: I’ll back Aryan. Let me go!
Tears were about to fall from her eyes so, she closed her eyes and began to pull her hands backward but all of a sudden, she felt something around her finger. She opened her eyes and was shocked to see Aryan making her wear a very beautiful ring having sapphires embedded in it.
Ishani was shocked.
Ish(shocked): What….Is..This Aryan?
Aryan: Its my mother’s ring! Her last belonging that I have! After Mom, The one I love the most is you. So, It belongs to you! And Mom place! It belongs to Riddhima now but can’t give this ring to Riddhima as there is someone else for her to give her rings (eyeing Vansh).
Ish(shocked): But It should be for Riya!
She makes a sad face. Aryan notices it!
Aryan: Such a sad face for Riya. If you dont like it then let it be…ummm Anjali!
Ish: huh?
Ary(holding her hand gently and smiling): Because The Anjali, Riya, Kirti, Sonia or etc etc of my life….is just you only! Mine and only mine! Ishani!!

Listening to this, Ishani with extreme teary eye, hugs Aryan and laughs as well as cries at the same time. Aryan also reciprocates and everyone hoots out and cheers for them.
Ish(smiling): You mean there is no Riya?
Aryan(holding her shoulder): No one except you!
And then, Ishani begin to punch Aryan on his chest putting all her frustration and anger out of him!
Ishani: How dare you do this kind of joke with me!
She picked up the tray and begin to beat him with the tray. (Just like the way Riddhima beat Vihaan with the try in serial)
Ishani: I will kill you today Aryan!
Ary(teasing her): Then, who else will marry you and bear your tantrums?
Ishani: Shut up Aryan! Save yourself from me today.
Ishani was chasing him and he was running all the way in room everyone waa laughing. And then, Chasing him, Ishnai held his collars strongly with her hands and said,
Ish: Dare you bring any Riya or Anjali in my life! Got it!
Aryan(smiles and comes close to her): As you say Magambo!
He gave a quick kiss on her cheek and ran away from there knowing the after effects.
Ishani was stunned after the kiss and extremely shy as he kissed her in front of everyone. She shouted out loud to hide her embarassment and ran out of the room chasing Aryan!
Ishani: Aryan!! I will kill you today!!

The night ends with all its ups and downs and Raisinghanias together at the end.

Next morning, Everyone was having breakfast. As the marriage was postponed for a week, everyone was finally able to sit together with no stress of wedding chores. Youngsters were telling Ajay, Dadi and others about Aryan’s proposal. Everyone was listening except Vansh And Riddhima. Vansh was busy in his phone and seemed quite serious and Riddhima was observing him. At that moment, Vansh got a call and disturbing no one, he silently got up and went outside to receive the call. Riddhima observing him quite worried, followed him. When Riddhima reached outside, she heard Vansh scolding someone badly over the phone. He was in extreme anger. Riddhima was standing there quietly waiting for him to cut the call. When he did so, she asked,
R: Is everything alright?
V(Serious): No! Nothing is Alright Riddhima!
R: What is it? You look tensed and You are continuously on call since last night.
V: Everything is messed up! You know the London branch of VR Enterprises? I have not been visiting that branch for a long time and even Angre was busy in all these wedding preparation. He got his own work too. And now, the company suffered a huge loss because of unprofessional behaviour of the officers there. We lost a deal even! Now, my company owes some amount to another company and the one who should be paying them, has escaped with all the money. I need to sort out things there. (Angry) How dare he betray Vansh Raisinghania! He will have to pay the price!!
Rid(calming): Relax Vansh. Everything will be sorted. Don’t stress yourself!
Vansh tries to relax.
Rid: What have you thought? How are you going to sort it?
Van: I’ll have to go! To London! I need to sort these things out!

Listening to this, Riddhima’s heart sank. She felt blank and scared. Though, It was important for Vansh to go and even she understands that business trips are important. But deep inside, her heart was sinking by the idea of him going. She was not having good vibes. She didnt say anything, just nodded.
They went inside and told everyone about Vansh’s trip. Everyone was fine with it as its not a new thing for them and even the wedding was postponed to 10 days but there was only Riddhima scared from inside.

After sometime, Vansh was in his room packing his stuff. Riddhima was also there. She was not feeling okay and there were alot of tears in her eyes which she was resisting much. Vansh looked at her and smiled. He came forward and held her face in his palm, gently lifting her chin up,
V(with love): Sweetheart! Don’t be so sad! I’ll be back soon na!
R(sad): I know its so important to go but can’t someone else go on your behalf!
V: No! And Infact, I personally want to visit this time and if you keep having this sad face then I’ll not be able to go.
R(teary)  Then Don’t go Vansh! Please.
Tears begin falling off her eyes. Vansh got worried seeing her,
V(worried) : What happened Riddhima? You look so worried? You never get this much tensed! I am not going for the first time! You okay sweetheart?
He bagan to check her temperature but she held his hand in hers and said,
Rid(teary): I don’t know Vansh! I am not feeling good. I feel like something bad is going to happen. These vibes are scaring me alot Vansh!
Looking at her misery, Vansh immediately hugged her and tried to relax her. Thinking so, he said,
V: Okay! Then I am not going!
Listening to this, she breaks the hug and wipes her tears sayibg,
R: No No I am fine. Absolutely fine! You go please and come back soon han?
V: It will take a week Riddhima!

Again her heart sank…
R: A week? (Having courage) Okay! Fine! Absolutely great!
She gave her best smile hiding her tears. Vansh was just looking at her and understanding the pain she was hiding. He held her gently and gave a kiss on her forehead. When he was kissing her forehead, she closed her eyes and tears fell down on her cheeks. Vansh wiped those tears and kissed her both eyes too. He gave big smile to her and in return she gave a kiss on his cheek. And then, a final hug! She hugged him tightly and he reciprocated,
Rid: Now Go! You will get late otherwise
V: Bye! Take care sweetheart!! Lets Go!

And then, Ranjha song from Shershah movie play in background,
Riddhima with teary eyes accompanies him to airport and sees him off. Finally, Vansh’s flight takes off!

After seeing off Vansh, Riddhima decides to go to her office for checking out her work. She wanted to submit reports to higher authorities relating Annie’s kidnapping so that the case can be closed. She even wanted to put a closing stamp to Nayra’s Case too as Nayra was no more. No sooner did she reach her office, she received a text,

“The case is not yet closed! There is much more to it! About Nayra! About Annie! I need your help! Meet me!”

The moment she read it, she remembered Vansh. She says in a whisper with a strange fear,
“Vansh!”

10 days later,

It was midnight! Many people were gathered at the edge of a cliff. Police, ambulance, army! There were many soldiers. A car was seen burning down the cliff. Fire flames were rising out of it. The car had blasted multiple times as it fell in the cliff and at the edge of the cliff, we see Vansh, Aryan and Kabir shouting badly. Vansh was crying bitterly, shouting and trying to jump off the cliff. Aryan was in shock. Kabir and Angre were holding Vansh firmly preventing him from going down the cliff. And Vansh was shouting in pain with all his might,

“No! My sweetheart can’t leave me like this! She can’t leave her Vansh! No!! Riddhimmaaaaa!!!!”
<span;>And the car blasts once again catching high flames!!!
