The festival of Eid-ul Fitr signifies the end of dawn-to-dusk fasting in the holy month of Ramzan. Tomorrow is the time to meet loved ones, exchange Eid wishes, and enjoy a festive meal with your loved ones. Actress Adaa Khan has her plans all set for the big day. Adaa who is known for her role in shows like ‘Naagin’ and ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ talked about in a recent interview and shared her plans for Eid.
She said, “I’m planning to celebrate Eid with my family like we do every year. It’s always fun to celebrate festivals with your family and friends.”
Reminiscing her childhood memories, Adaa shared, “My childhood memory of Eid would be getting ready, then getting gifts as well as Eidi (money envelopes) from the elders and my brother and I would have competitions on who would get the most Eidi. We would buy little gifts from it and save part of it and it was fun. Now that we are the elders, we give the Eidi to our nephews,” she smiles.
Talking about her outfit for Eid, Adaa said, “I will be wearing something Indian; it will mostly be a gharara.”
The actress also shared that she will be making sheer khurma. “Every year I make sheer khurma by myself and I have learned that from my mom. I love it, it’s my favorite,” she concluded.
