The episode starts with Joshi and Varchand enjoying tea as they were firm on the idea that Bhim Rao would not win. Joshi taunted Bhim Rao because he didn’t take help from the Barrister he worried for. Varchand hired a strong lawyer as well, he would manage to extend the dates. Joshi was only worried about Bhim Rao because he wouldn’t give up. Varchand had planned to kill Bhim Rao by putting him in a sack and throw it in the river. He asked Joshi to go to his job while he left to meet the lawyer. Varchand’s wife had her ears were stuck on them.
As everyone from the chawl went to the court Varchand and Sethji crossed them on his cart laughing at their miserableness. He asked Bhim Rao to follow them, as it was their real position to follow the upper caste. Puranjan pointed that they were on the same path today and one day would lead them for sure. Bhim Rao stopped Puranjan as arguing with Varchand wasn’t their concern today.
Barrister asked Joshi was Bhim Rao hasn’t arrived yet, he knew that Bhim Rao is always punctual. Joshi refused, said that Bhim Rao’s a very irresponsible and careless person. Barrister advised Joshi not to fill himself with hatred against Bhim Rao, it would cost him a lot. Deepak’s mother returned. Bhim Rao came and informed that lawyer refused to take the case. Ramji questioned Bhim Rao. Hitesh asked Bhim Rao to think if he went to his lawyer. Sethji came, said that they would lose the case. Varchand taunted them for not having a house. He informed that they would come to the chawl to celebrate their victory. Puranjan asked for Bhim Rao’s advice. Jijabai came forth, she blamed Bhim Rao for this mess. A man questioned Jijabai as he was against this deal at the first place. They heard that the judge arrived. Bhim Rao worried that who would fight the case. The Barrister came, Varchand’s wife informed him about the dilemma. He questioned Bhim Rao for not informing him. Bhim Rao apologized, he didn’t want to feel needy. They headed to court room. Guards stopped them as the lower caste wasn’t allowed to enter. They allowed the lawyer to go inside only. Bhim Rao argued. The lawyer said that they were running short on time, he decided to go inside. Bhim Rao pleaded him to help because there was no other hope for them. Daliya asked Bhim Rao to of they would win the case. Hitesh had no hope suggested for them to apologize to Varchand. A man called Hitesh coward for apologizing to man who made them homeless. Hitesh and that man burst into a fight. Bhim Rao stopped them.
Bhim Rao came aside, he was worried about the court room. Rama asked him not to worry. Varchand’s wife came, he calmed Bhim Rao. She brought them drinks. Bhim Rao hesitated, there were many others standing in scorching heat. Rama and Bhim Rao refused to have the drinks. She praised Bhim Rao, her husband could never be like him. Bhim Rao said that it was rule of nature, to live and let live.
Everyone was worried about the case. Ramji asked everyone not to worry because they weren’t wrong. Barrister came out of the court room. Bhim Rao inquired. Varchand came, told that Bhim Rao lost the case.
Bala was called by his officer, they have to go to Bhim Rao’s chawl and see Bhim Rao who lost the case in court. He taunted Bhim Rao for saying things beyond his capabilities. Bala asked the officer to leave them alone, they were already in a lot of pain. The officer refused, he ordered Bala to accompany him.
Bhim Rao questioned. Varchand told that the court has announced to let everything remain the way it was until the next date. Varchand reminded that he would come to celebrate. He left. Barrister apologized, he didn’t have any written evidence to present to the judge. Men burst in to tears for being homeless.
