Actress Debina Bonnerjee reveals why she is opting for C-section instead of a normal delivery
Debina Bonnerjee who is due any time soon is expecting her second child in April this year. The second pregnancy has kept Debina on her toes. The actress recently shared her latest health update with fans in her new vlog.
Debina revealed that this time due to certain complications like gestational diabetes, blood pressure, and the size of the baby, she would be opting for C-section.
Debina said, “Yes, even I was thinking why my stomach is looking so big. That’s when I found out that when your second pregnancy happens soon after the first, the belly is bound to be like that because of the stretch. In a full-term pregnancy, it takes time to get back to shape. But my pregnancy was back to back, so my stomach got tighter like that. I kept putting on weight as I didn’t get time to exercise or diet to lose the kilos after Lianna.”
She added, “There are a few conditions in pregnancy like gestational diabetes, cholesterol issues, and other things like high blood pressure that I am going through. The size of the baby has increased too much because the stomach has a lot of space. That is why doctors are suspecting that if I wait too long then a water break can happen. I am getting everything ready and opting for a C-section because of my situation. Also, the baby won’t be able to turn down as it’s in a transverse position.”
