Virat asks Panditji if he can get up. Panditji says he can as pooja didn’t start yet. Virat walks away with Savi. Senior Chavans and Pakhi get angry seeing that.
Savi asks why didn’t Vinu dada come with them. Virat asks Sai’s panditji if he can establish havan kund somewhere else. Panditji says he can. Virat establish havan kund next to Chavan family’s havan kund and calls Savi. Savi calls Sai and says pooja is incomplete without her. Virat sits between his too children and their mothers. Mohit says Virat did right by performing both children’s havan together. Omkar scolds him and asks if looks good seeing Virat sitting between 2 wives and their children. Ninad says its just a difference of view, children’s happiness matter to him. Pakhi asks Bhavani to do something. Bhavani says she doesn’t mind if its benefitting her grandson.
Sai and Pakhi distribute prasad to devotees. Sai then seeks prasad from Pakhi. Pakhi says Sai knows this prasad is Vinu and she prayed that Vinu should stay with her always. Sai says god knows everything and he knows what is best for them, so she will accept prasad. Pakhi says even now she is adamant to get Vinu, she should take back the case, let things go as they are going, and visit Vinu whenever she wants to like Virat visits Savi. Sai says what if she says same to her, she is asking her to give up her child but doesn’t want to give up her child. Pakhi says her child is everything to her and she will not give up easily. Sai says let us see. Pakhi leaves without accepting Sai’s prasad.
Next day, Bhavani feels sweet curd to Pakhi before she and Virat leave to the court and says she hired Nagpur’s best lawyer Ashok Davekar who will surely win their case against Sai. Mohit praises Sai for fighting a case alone. Bhavani says one who can’t carry people along stays alone, he should stop praising Sai and support his family instead. Bhavani and Ashwini insist Virat to accompany him to court. At Savi’s house, Savi likes bunker bed and says Vinu dada can come and stay here now. Sai gets her down and asks her to feed her sweet curd as she is going on an important work. Savi feeds her sweet curd and blesses her to return victorious.
Court hearing starts. Judge says he held this meditation in private because city’s DCP is involved in this case and he doesn’t want any media trial as its a question of an innocent child and expects them to solve the issue amicably. He asks Sai’s lawyer Mr Apte to proceed. Apte says its a simple case, though Virat is Vinu’s biological father and Pakhi his surrogate mother. Sai interferes and says its true that Virat is Vinu’s biological father and Pakhi his surrogated mother and adopted them, even then they are unfit to upbring him. Davekar says Sai’s allegations are baseless. Virat stops him and says Sai is Vinu’s biological mother, but there are several issues which can’t be ignored. He says Sai took away her son and met with an accident, because of which she lost her son to an orphanage; she was pregnant at that time and didn’t inform him about her daughter; he kept him in dark and didn’t let him meet his daughter; her intentions are wrong and she shouldn’t be given Vinu’s custody.
Sai describes the atrocities Virat did on her and requests judge to get her out of this mental agony by returning her son to her. Davekar says this argument is never ending, Vinu was adopted by Virat and Pakhi from an orphange years ago legally and its clearly mentioned that nobody has right on Vinayak except them. Judge asks if the boy knows about all this. Pakhi says no and just knows that he is adopted. Judge says a child’s decision is most important in this case, they should inform truth to the child and bring him for next court hearing to know is decision.
Precap: Virat dreams about Pakhi running holding Vinayak and Savi’s hands in dreamland and then learns its Sai instead. Sai says she was waiting for him, they all can stay together now. Virat holds her hand. He wakes up and smiles murmuring Sai’s name. Pakhi hears him.

The court room scene is a big joke, this 🐀 presented everything in his and his criminal wife’s favor, Pakhi is surrogate which is mentioned, and the illegal surrogacy is again swept under the carpet😠😤 🐀 mentioned Sai left the house, but why she left is not addressed, Sai didn’t return back is mentioned but what forced her not to return is over ruled. People are still filing complaints on this 💩 they dropped online complaints even on today’s episode, this PH, Vankar and Bhatt couple deserve it. This 💩 was remake of Kusum Dola when it started, even in that Pakhi’s character was negative only from the beginning itself. Aishwarya should have never signed up for this show if she didn’t want to play a negative character. But she signed and then took the liberty that the creative director is her husband’s friend and changed the entire script according to her convenience. Wonder who’s even giving TRPs to this 💩 I badly want this show to end, Ayesha can easily get a cop role, but these Bhatts can sit in home and look at each other’s faces and continue making cringe reels for the rest of their lives.

Nobody has thought to tell Vinu about the truth. Because if you think about let’s say Sai had got custody and Vinu had to go with Sai, it would confuse the child because one minute his in one house and the next his in a different house and he is told Sai is his mother. I understand that she is his mother and she has right to love her son and also be acknowledge as Vinu’s mother but nobody has thought about him and his reaction everyone is thinking about themselves. At the end of the day Vinu’s life would be the one that changes. And I don’t think Vinu will pick one he would want both his mothers in his life. He love Sai alot and always wanted to call her Choti Ma so he will accept her as a mother. I had said before they are brutal in court lawyers will tell listen to a story and twist it in their own way to make their opponents look back. My comment will hurt a lot of people but vinayak should live in chavan nivas only he can visit Sai whenever he wants just like savi visits virat. Vinayak should know that Sai and virat are his biological parents and the circumstances which let Sai to leave home. Ideally when virat left Sai he had lost right over Vinayak and Sai but when Vinayak got separated from Sai it was chavans who adopted him and gave him all love care except bhavani so Vinayak I guess should be with chavan also before taking matter to court Vinayak should have been made aware of whole truth and Sai should have asked him as a mother what he wants. Yeah mamy are sympathetic towards Sai but just think if chavans would have filed the custody for savi. Virat and his family simply has no right on savi. Because they abandoned her mother but with vinayak case is different. They gave him best education and also adopted a disabled child who in the world adopts a child with disability. I think you also have a good idea for the unfortunate boy Vinu, so that he can have a stable life. However, if you closely observe the boy’s feelings at CN’s house and the minutes spent with Sayi, Savi you will have a different opinion. When in the CN house, the boy is always forced to follow their will, and when he is with Sayi, he will always be himself, will be stimulated by Sayi and promote his forte. Vinu always lives as the boy himself, having fun, entertaining, studying at the right age and more importantly, he is always confident. Not affected by the bad habits and toxic words of the elderly but mentally retarded people living in the CN house.
@muge you are right i did not look at is in this way yes it does looks as if vinu loves sai a lot and i believe he does but i wonder then how the story will end, pakhi and sai still hate eachother a lot and it looks as if this will remain like that throughout the story another option would be that pakhi and sai stop fighting with eachother and both look after vinu and savi but then virat would have to leave the serial because two fights are going on on fight the competition between sai and pakhi about virat and the battle about vinu custody now i wonder what the end will be virat dreams about uniting with sai virat and savi but if we look at the reality in the story this cannot happen virat wants to stay with pakhi and vinu so i think the best thing for sai would be to move on with savi in life and come to some compromise about vinu because as his real mother she has the right to visit him whenever she wants and virat how bad and selfish he is has the right to see savi whenever he wants but how this all can happen if savi does not even know virat is her biological father she believes he is her adopted father so she calls him baba the whole story is confusing and updates mostly seem to lie about the serial they write one story on internet but we as viewers see another and if you look at you tube there are somany channels all telling diffrent stories about the serial the stories amuse me but i dont believe any of them i like the serial the lovely costumes and jewels they wear but the story itself is very bad and imoral.

I understand what your saying and pakhi isnt a good person but right now it isnt about Sai Pakhi and Virats twisted lives its about a child. Vinu should know Sai as a mother as its his right and Sai has a right to be apart of his life. Right now court case isnt about Chavan zoo and it drama its about Vinu the child who none if them have thought of. Its about his life not there drama.

Honestly this show has messed up all the shit, the characters are messed as hell…everyone is making mistakes on mistakes(about the children)…Sai not telling Virat about Savi, Virat not telling Sai about Vinu, Pakhi running away like a coward…Virat is shit with Sai but he still have rights on children and Pakhi, even though she is problematic af she has rights on Vinu as her foster/surrogate mother for years, but she should still be arrested for illegal surrogacy, etc.
