The Episode starts with Ahilya saying Yashwant isn’t financially strong, but he is complete at heart, he lives an ordinary life, but his thinking is big. Gautama asks do you think that Mukta will be happy with this alliance. Harku explains Ahilya to get Mukta married in a royal family. Ahilya says I want to give a respectable life to Mukta, so I has suggested Yashwant’s name, I have asked Malhar’s consent, I m sure that he will agree. Rakma asks does Mukta matter to you or not, do you want to gift her as a reward to Yashwant. Ahilya asks what are you saying, If Mukta doesn’t have any problem then… Mukta says I have a problem with this alliance, I always supported you. She argues and says I don’t accept this relation. Ahilya is shocked. Malhar asks Vaid to give the stitches to his wound. Vaid says wound is deep, it will hurt you. Malhar says don’t think much, do it, I m habitual to wear the pain. Vaid ji thinks. Malhar says I will do it myself and feel the pain. Vaid says I will do. Malhar talks to Janko ji about his plan. He says I will send a message to Ahilya and ask her to send weapons and canons, this wound is an ordinary thing. Guard gets a message from Ahilya.
Malhar reads it and smiles. Janko asks is everything fine. Malhar says it depends on perception, such a woman of principles is born once in decades, she has already sent the canons for us, she knows others’ qualities too, she has chosen an ordinary man for her daughter, a man who is qualified and valued, and wants my permission, I will give my permission. Malerao says don’t worry Mukta, until I m alive, no one will do anything against your wish. Mukta gets against Ahilya. Ahilya gets Malhar’s message. Gautama asks Ahilya what happened.
Ahilya reads out the message to everyone, that she is capable to take all the decisions for Holkar family. Malerao says it means he didn’t agree. She says he didn’t refuse, he gave this responsibility to me, he said I m capable to take the decision. He asks will you take an advantage of his faith and get Mukta married to that poor man against her wish. Ahilya says no, it will be for her betterment. He taunts her.
Gautama says I know what’s good for Mukta, I want to find a nice guy for Mukta, I know you will respect my word. Ahilya agrees. She says whatever is good for Mukta will happen, I don’t understand why Mukta thinks I m not thinking about her. She cries. Mukta leaves. Gangoba comes. Malerao says we got to know what she thinks and why, we will do as Gautama decides. He asks Gangoba to give rewards to Yashwant and send him to his village. Ahilya says stop Malerao, I will decide about him, and no one else. She leaves. Gangoba looks at Malerao.
