Aman Maheshwari chooses Anupamaa Over Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and Teri Meri Doriyaann
Aman Maheshwari, known for his role as Nakul in Anupamaa, has made the decision to prioritize the popular show over two other enticing offers. Aman talked about it in a recent interview and opened up about being approached for the negative lead in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and the second lead in Teri Meri Doriyaann.
Regarding the opportunity in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Aman shared, “I was offered the role of the negative lead after the leap. However, considering the immense success of Anupamaa, it was an obvious choice for me. We are currently engrossed in a high-voltage track on the show.”
He further discussed being considered for Teri Meri Doriyaann, stating, “Before Anupamaa, I had the chance to portray the character of Garry in Teri Meri Doriyaann. However, I wanted to explore something different, and that’s when Anupamaa came along. Tushar is now playing Garry, and he is doing a commendable job with the character and the show.”
When asked about his character Nakul, Aman expressed his joy, saying, “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to play Nakul. I always wanted a character that would allow me to showcase my dancing skills, as I am trained in Western dance forms. With Nakul, I had the chance to learn classical dance. It’s not an easy dance form to master, but I consider myself fortunate to have learned something new through the show.”
Aman also shared a wonderful rapport with Apara Mehta, who plays a pivotal role in Anupamaa. He stated, “I don’t even need glycerin to perform emotional scenes with her. Apara ma’am is an exceptional actress, and I feel blessed to work alongside her. I have learned so much from her. Sharing the screen with Apara ma’am is a truly remarkable experience for me.”
