Sujhan says they did not deserve such a behavior from him as people tend to consider him a role model but HemRaj replies he is lying and no call has been made, Sujhan says when Ishwar was speaking from his side then was telling the truth but is now lying, HemRaj shows the deed saying it proves Ishwar gave the farm as a gift and he did not take dowry, Sujhan says he wants to take the vote of the panel and they all decide that he has taken the dowry from them. HemRaj gets furious accepting that he took the dowry but is not going to return anything asking if no one has taken dowry from them while even Sujhan had suggested to give him ten million. He explains that whenever a girl is born then the family starts preparing for their wedding, he says he has not done anything wrong while questioning from the panel if they are going to return the dowry if their daughter in laws also demand it as in that case he is going to return it, Sujhan says they need some time to discuss it, Nandini along with Ishwar, and HemRaj sit at their positions. Sujhan says that HemRaj has himself accepted he has taken the dowry so they find him guilty while now order HemRaj to return back all of the dowry along with the farm, HemRaj refuses to give it in any condition when Sujhan says he should be ready to go to jail, asking what does he think that his daughter in law is going to stay like this but will file the case against him in dowry law because he himself accepted it so he should either return the dowry or go to jail. HemRaj leaves angrily.
HemRaj is sitting on his chair in the room thinking, Chanchal comes to stand by his side asking what was the need to take the farm of a poor person, HemRaj says not now but she replies even she is by his side and she has to suffer, HemRaj says that Chanchal came to this house with the dowry while even Baa came to this house with the dowry and her father even gave everything to her, Chanchal says Baa brought it because her father was wealthy but HemRaj is not like him, he gets furious however Chanchal says the bad thing in all of this is that neither Nandini nor Naren along with her family will forgive her nor even her, she leaves while HemRaj is worried.
Nandini apologizes to Naren for standing against his father due to her, Naren says he did not know that Ishwar uncle got destroyed due to his father, Ishwar says they must not worry when he gets the call from Mitesh who says the men of Kaku Bai are putting all of their belongings in the main area but Ishwar says that he should request for some time, Naren asks Mitesh to let him talk with Kaku Bai so assures he is going to pay the full loan amount along with the interest but Kaku Bai should go back and put everything at its original place. Nandini goes to hug Naren who says there is no need to cry, he says Ishwar must not feel bad as he is doing it as a son and Ishwar can return the money when he gets back the dowry, Nandini tells Naren this is not between two people but ideas as on one side is the stubborn behavior of HemRaj while at the other side is the decision of her, Naren asks what if Bapu jee does not return the dowry, Nandini says he must go and be with maa but Naren refuses when she says he can even support her even if he is staying away but she just needs his support. Nandini hugs Ishwar.
Dhawal says that the daughter in law of this house humiliated him and he wants them to not do anything, Hetal says that if Dhawal cannot create peace in this house then should not cause troubles, Chanchal asks Dhawal to remain calm when the Inspector knocks on the door calling to HemRaj, Dhawal asks what are they doing when the Inspector is about to take him so he points to HemRaj, the inspector says they have to take him to the police station as he has been charged with dowry, HemRaj says there is no need to be tensed, Naren asks who filed the FIR, Inspector says it was someone named Nandini Ratansi, Dhawal asks if they have any warrant when HemRaj asks him to calm down, Naren takes the FIR from the Inspector saying it cannot happen, HemRaj asks Dhawal to call the Advocate and arrange for his bail, Dhawal asks Chanchal to not be worried when HemRaj turning to Naren asks if he is happy by it, Naren gets worried. HemRaj sits with the inspector in his car while Naren comes after him a long with everyone, Anousya Baa what sort of girl has Naren brought into this house as the police took HemRaj. Chanchal says she could not believe that Nandini would behave in such a manner. Naren refuses to accept it saying Nandini would not have done anything of the sort, Naren says Nandini was not against his father but dowry.
Nandini says that she cannot even think about it but just wants back the dowry from Bapu jee , Naren says thatv everyone is blaming her when Nandini replies she has not done anything of the sort, Naren asks Nandini to come with him as he has called his lawyers, Nandini says that she feels they should first go to Maa as she would be worried but angry that Nandini called the police, Naren says she is very angry, Nandini mentions Chanchal is maa and she would surely listen to them even when she is angry, Nandini asks Visakha to take care of Ishwar as his BP starts fluctuating.
