Raghav and Mishri visit Dadi in the hospital. Raghav tells Dadi that Mishri knows the truth and has forgiven him. He doesn’t understand how she ended up in front of his bus, but he insists it wasn’t intentional. He believes that Dadi will forgive him too. Mishri reassures him that Dadi will indeed forgive him. Raghav then asks Mishri to give Dadi the gift he brought for her. Mishri takes the Kanha idol out of the water and apologizes for being angry with it, explaining that she couldn’t control her emotions when Dadi had the accident. Raghav comforts her, saying that Dadi will celebrate Diwali with them this year. Mishri feels relieved and says Raghav understood her feelings. Raghav is happy they’ll celebrate Diwali together, and Mishri shares the same joy. He then excuses himself.
Later, Raghav meets, Parvati, who tells him she plans to gift her necklace to Mishri, as she is now her daughter-in-law. Raghav appreciates his mother’s gesture and shares that he feels much better now that Mishri has forgiven him. Parvati praises Mishri, saying she makes decisions with her heart and cares for others more than herself. She adds that Mishri is the perfect partner for him. Raghav admits he feels happy with Mishri and misses her when they’re apart. Parvati points out that this is love, and it seems like he has fallen for her. Raghav agrees, saying he feels incomplete without Mishri. Parvati encourages him to tell Mishri how he feels. Vaani overhears this and becomes jealous. Raghav promises his mother that he will confess his feelings to Mishri. Angry, Vaani storms off, and Chithra teases her, saying Vaani acts like she’s heard something shocking. Chithra also remarks that Vaani only escaped trouble because Raghav took the blame, but once Dadi regains consciousness, Vaani won’t be able to get away.
Vaani threatens Chithra, saying she won’t be alive to see that. Chithra just smirks.
Later, Raghav plans to propose to Mishri and calls her to check when she’ll be home. Mishri tells him she’ll return within an hour. Raghav starts decorating the room to propose to her. When Mishri arrives, Raghav doesn’t let her enter the room, making up a story about spraying mosquito repellent. Mishri jokes that mosquitoes never bite her, but Raghav manages to send her away. Soon after, the Diwali puja begins. Raghav decides to confess his feelings to Mishri after the puja. Meanwhile, Chithra mocks Vaani, saying she can “smell the jealousy burning.”
Sulekha asks Raghav to do the puja with his wife, which makes Vaani happy, but Raghav calls Mishri to do the puja instead. Sulekha objects, but Raghav asserts that he married Mishri according to all the rituals, not Vaani. As they’re about to start the puja, the police arrive. Parvati pleads with the officers not to arrest Raghav, but to everyone’s surprise, they say they are there to arrest Parvati for domestic violence. Raghav tries to explain that it’s a misunderstanding and that his mother would never do such a thing. The police present a video as evidence, and Mishri is shocked to see herself in it, though she insists she didn’t record any such video. The inspector doesn’t believe her, and both Raghav and Parvati are in disbelief. Sulekha blames Mishri, but Mishri tries to explain that she never filed a complaint against Parvati. Despite her efforts, the inspector ignores her and prepares to arrest Parvati.
Precap: Parvati gets arrested. Vaani says to Raghav that Mishri is doing all this as revenge for Dadi’s accident.
