Scene 1
Mangal comes to the kitchen. Soumya sneaks out. Mangal puts her hand in the water. She screams as it gets burned. Kusum comes. Ishana cries. She says it wasn’t hot mama. I swear. I checked it myself. Soumya says it doesn’t get hot at room temperature. Mangal says I know Ishana would never do it intentionally. Kusum asks her to bring the cream. Soumya says why did you need to soften your hands? Maids don’t have soft hands. Who is gonna hold them anyway? You’ve to do these chores anyway. Kusum says I will slap you and show you my hand. Mangal sees Soumya’s earring in the water. Soumya leaves. She says Soumya did this for sure. Kusum helps Mangal with her order. Mangal takes out her earrings.
Scene 2
Jiya calls Gayatri. She says are you threatening me? Jiya says why would I? She says to Gayatri don’t ever try to stop me from coming close to Karthik. I know how to handle all this. Jiya says Karthik will only be mine.
Scene 3
Soumya comes to the kitchen. She sees a juice and says Adit made it for me? She drinks it and says it’s so good. She drinks it all. Mangal comes with an earring. Soumya is shocked. She says how do you have my earrings? Mangal says to think about it. Soumya says my throat hurts. Mangal says don’t you like my juice? She says you order every day so I thought I should make pineapple juice for you. She says why did you add pineapple? Mangal says sorry I forgot you’re allergic. Soumya looks for her medicine. She says how dare you. Mangal says I made a mistake like you did by adding burning hot water there. Your earring told me. You dropped it in the water. Have some shame. Did you blame my daughter for it? Soumya says where is my medicine? Please give me my medicine. You’re doing this intentionally. Mangal says I’ll give it after you confess to everyone. Soumya says would you kill me for it? Mangal says I am not disgusting like you. I only added black pepper, not pineapple. Chaahat drops the next thing. Eden says please care about other people’s food. Chum tells her the groceries. Eisha drops it. Eden says don’t be careless. Vivian says I will drink sanitizer today. The time is over.
Soumya says what were you trying to me? Mangal says yees. She says I won’t even do that to my enemy. You’re no one to me. Stop doing all this drama. I won’t take anything from you and your people; I wanna stay away from you. You better stay away from my kids. If you do such a thing against I will not forgive you. I can do anything for my kids and family.
Scene 4
Gayatri says to Karthik we should celebrate your comeback. Did you invite all your colleagues? He says yes except for one. Lakshmi asks who do you not want to invite? Gayatri says no one likes that person. SHe talks about arrangements. She says we should hir a chef. Lakshmi says didi can also make it. Gayatri says I will handle it. I know you’re ot experienced with such parties. I will handle it all. I am talking about fine dining. Karthik says I told Lakshmi for catering already. She says you should have asked me. He says I though we should do something different. People do fine dinning all the time. This will be different. Gayatri says if you both have decided everything what can I say. Dessert will be of my choice, not halwa laddu. She leaves in anger. Lakshmi asks Karthik did you tell didi? He says no. I will tell her. She will do our catering only. Lakshmi hugs her. She says thank you.
Mangal says my hands can’t even work. Karthik calls Mangal. he says he wants to ask something. We have a small party. CAn you cook for us? We can’t find a better chef. She says yes but is Gayatri okay? He says we told maa already. She says tell me what you want to cook. Mangal gets happy. Magnal starts cooking.
Scene 5
Soumya comes ot Adit. She snatches his sandwich and says wahy are you eating this? He says should I die of hunger? Soumya says only this sandwich can keep you alive. You were singing about Magnal and now you’re eating the sandwich she made. You will go back to her. He says are you crazy? I made it myself. She says Mangal made them for Akshar. Did you ask her for it? He says this is just bread and butter. I am eating this. Because you can’t cook anything or don’t want to. She says I am sorry. He says I will die hungry but won’t eat food that Mangal cooks. Mangal hears it.
Kusum helps Mangal with cooking. She says why did you take this order? Your hands were burned. Mangla says I will do it. Dont worry. Mangal sends the office tiffins. Adit sees his lunchbox. They’re all empty. HE says you gave me an empty box? She says I had to show amma I am giving you something. He says are you serious? She says I got a solution. He says I don’t want to eat only food from restaurants. She says it’s home-cooked food. She serves him the food. Adit says it’s so good. She says this home chef made you smile. He says this is so good.
