Vibhu dreams of two strangers teasing Angoori, with one grabbing her arm and harassing her. Disturbed, he wakes up abruptly, startling Anu. She asks what happened, and Vibhu shares his dream. Anu dismisses it as just a dream, but Vibhu blames Tiwari’s stock market losses for the situation. Anu advises him to focus on Praveen and plan how to handle him.
The next day, Angoori dances on the street to earn money. Exhausted, she collects money from onlookers before Vibhu arrives and sits beside her. Angoori warns him he’ll be insulted, but Vibhu insists on begging with her to protect her from goons. Angoori laughs, saying she doesn’t need protection, but Vibhu persists. Saxena arrives, upset to see Angoori begging, and tells her to stop. Angoori yells at him, making him cry, and orders Vibhu to count the money.
At the tea stall, Tiwari is crying when Prem consoles him, urging him not to lose hope. Tiwari laments about repaying Dhannu Malik’s debt. Dhannu arrives and threatens to sell Tiwari to a Nawab in Lucknow if he doesn’t repay. After Dhannu leaves, Saxena scolds Tiwari, ashamed that Angoori is begging. Saxena drags Tiwari to confront her.
Meanwhile, Vibhu acts as Angoori’s manager, asking people to leave so she can rest. Angoori tells Vibhu they’ll need to move when the owner comes, but Vibhu suggests buying the land. Angoori dismisses the idea as difficult. Tiwari and Saxena arrive, with Tiwari scolding Angoori. Vibhu retorts, blaming Tiwari for the mess. Angoori agrees, saying she’s begging because of Tiwari’s losses. Furious, Saxena beats Tiwari.
Elsewhere, Teeka and Tillu beg on the street, pleading with Gupta, Prem, and MasterJi for money. The three refuse, leaving as Teeka and Tillu yell in frustration.
At night, Tiwari drinks as Angoori teases him by acting like a beggar. Saddened, Tiwari blames himself for their situation, regretting his failed investments. He begs Angoori to stop begging, but she refuses, saying she wants to help him and asks for a new dance song. Tiwari calls Ammaji, asking her to order Angoori to stop. Instead, Ammaji scolds him, blaming him for their plight, and encourages Angoori to keep begging. Angoori agrees cheerfully.
