The Maheshwari’s suffered a huge loss in business a few months after SwaSan’s and KavLak’s marriage. In the meantime, Swara came up with proofs which showed that Kavya was having an extra marital affair. She confessed being with Laksh only for money. She and her boyfriend had planned to trick Laksh into signing the documents which would transfer all his properties to Kavya. She had planned the engagement drama hoping that Swara would refuse to get engaged to Sanskar thinking of her sister. From what she had heard about Swara from Laksh, she knew that if Swara shared her same roof, she would bring out the truth as she was a good observant and had a detective in her. It was to make sure that Dp and Ap doesn’t force Laksh to get married to Ragini that she decided to torment her character in front of them.

She had forced Laksh to act along saying that Ragini would forgive them as they did it for a good thing. Although she was confident of her plan, she had a small fear inside her heart. She had seen love for Ragini in Laksh’s eyes. He always chose to ignore it stating that Ragini is traditional which is quite opposite of him. He convinced himself that if two people with entirely different mindset unite, it will lead to problems. Later Laksh divorced Kavya. He now understood what Ragini had gone through on the engagement day. He apologized for his mistake to everyone. After a while everyone except Swara forgave him. All she could see when she looked at him was her sister’s tears.

The story takes a leap of 1 year……………
The scene shifts to the busy town Mumbai. The conventional hall of a big hotel in the heart of the city is shown. Everyone is in last minute preparations. A banner can be seen outside the hotel. It says that the famous singer who is the heart throb of all the youngsters is performing in that hall at 7pm.
An apartment in Mumbai- SwaSan’s room:
Sanskar who just had a bath after a busy day at work back hugs Swara who is making coffee for SanLak.
Sanskar:” I have a surprise for you. “
Swara (handing him the cup): “What?”

Sanskar shows her 3 tickets and excitedly says:” Didn’t you say that you wanted to go to the concert? Here are the tickets. We have to leave soon. The show will start at 7…”
Swara( with a happy smile plastered on her face): “Wow. Thank you so much!!!!!!! (With a change in tone) I guess that Laksh is coming..Ok fine. I’ll be ready soon.”
Scene changes……..
Everyone is cheering for their favorite singer who is on stage now. Since it was dark, Swara couldn’t see the girl’s face. The hall becomes silent as the girl starts singing. She has a wonderful voice. Swara, Sanskar and Laksh are the only people who stands rooted to their grounds. Swara goes on her toes to get a glimpse of her. In the little light, she could see that she is wearing a sleeve less blue dress which ended just above her knees. She looked gorgeous in that. Just then the lights focus on her face and Swara gets shocked seeing her.
