It was not my fault (Twinj) Chapter 1

I hate you…. She breaks down into tears saying it was not my fault…

After 3 years…
A girl is shown packing her bag and looks at the picture and cries bitterly… One lady comes saying “Twinkle forget him, everyday you cry for him when he doesn’t even care… Stop crying”… Twinkle says “but I love him a lot and I cant forget him.. And after all it was not my fault!! Then why am I suffering??” saying so she cries… Leela says “don’t think about him just think about the conference tomorrow… I don’t know how I will spend two days without you”.. Twinkle says “maaa should I not go then??” Leela says “no beta c’mmon are you ready?” Twinkle nods her head, Leela goes out for some work, Twinkle keeps the picture in her bag…

Here one handsome boy is shown packing his bag and sees a picture and says “I love you so much, why did you leave me and go.. I hate that girl she killed you mom.. and his eyes are filled with tears… Ram comes and says “Kunj you are not yet ready? You have to go for the conference na? Is your bag ready?” Kunj says “yes dad its ready”…

Twinkle leaves from her house and goes to the airport to take the flight to Delhi… Kunj also reaches airport, he boards it from Bangalore airport whereas Twinkle boards from Mumbai airport… Twinkle on the way thinks

Flashback:
A law college is shown where some girls are having snacks in the canteen, when a handsome boy enters and all the girls see him and say “Wow he is so cute..” Twinkle looks at him lovingly. Kunj sees her from far away and keeps on looking her… (Love at first sight)

He is a new entrant in the college. He enters the class and Twinkle stares him lovingly, she thinks “what is happening to me?” Kunj also stares her lovingly and thinks “whats happening to me?” He searches but there is no empty place so he goes and sits besides Twinkle, she blushes… Kunj forwards his hand saying “hi I am Kunj Sarna, new to the college… “hi I am Twinkle Taneja” replies Twinkle.. And they both become friends. After the class Kunj asks can we go out for coffee? Twinkle agrees and has butterflies in her stomach and she smiles.

In the coffee shop,

Kunj says “so where do you live tell me something about you”… Twinklesays “yes I live nearby only and I live with my parents”.. Kunj says “I also live with my parents and my younger sister.. Twinkle says “oh so you have a sibling, I am alone!” Kunj says no I am there with you… Twinkle asks “what?” Kunj says I mean now I am there na. Twinkle says “yes”. They have coffee and Kunj drops her home. Twinkle says “come inside”, Kunj says “no no bye see you tomorrow and he leaves in his car.”
Twinkle comes to her room and blushes thinking about today and sleeps..
Flashback ends…

Twinkle has tears in her eyes thinking about it… After some time she reaches Delhi airport and thinks “why do I feel something familiar here”… Kunj also reaches and thinks the same..
They both take different taxis and reach the hotel, Hotel Exotica. Kunj steps out of his taxi and Twinkle also steps out from her taxi. Twinkle turns towards the side where Kunj is standing but Kunj also turns back, they could not see each other…

They go to the reception, but Kunj moves back and receives a call, and Twinkle takes the keys of her room and moves to the lift. Kunj says “yes dad I have reached now taking the keys and going to my room”… He cuts the call, takes the keys and moves forward to the lift, but till then Twinkle had already left.. Twinkle enters her room and calls Leela and says “she has reached safely”… She opens her bag to take out clothes when she sees the photo and recalls, flashback:
One day a dance competition is conducted so the partners were chosen. Kunj was called on the stage and he says I want to chose Twinkle as my partner. Twinkle is overjoyed and jumps in excitement.

From next day the practice begins. Kunj and Twinkle practice their dance, Twinkle is about to fall when Kunj holds her by her waist, and they have an eyelock. Kunj is lost in her eyes, when Twinkle says “Kunj”.. he comes to his senses and makes her stand. Twinkle has butterflies in her stomach..
Twinkle’s POV
What is happening to me, why do I feel so good with him?!

Kunj also thinks the same and stares at her, Twinkle asks “can we practice?” Kunj says “yaa sure”… They practice their dance..(Guys I know in a law college, there will not be a dance competition but still I added it for some fun!) After their practice, Kunj leaves Twinkle to her house, Twinkle on the way says “I love.. Kunj asks “what?!” Twinkle says “let me complete, I love your company, please never leave me” Kunj is surprised and asks “really? By the way I also love your company and don’t worry we will always be friends”… Suddenly Twinkle’s phone rings…
The flashback ends…

Twinkle comes back to her senses, with tears in her eyes.. She picks up the call, wiping her tears and says “hello sir” he says “she has to come down for breakfast in one hour so freshen up till then.” Twinkle says “yes sir”. She cuts the call and keeps the picture back and goes to take bath.

Here Kunj is in his room, he also receives a call saying to come for breakfast. He takes out his clothes and goes to take bath. He feels restless and thinks

“why am I feeling like this as if someone very close to my heart is here.. But who can it be? No no one can be there all my family is in Bangalore whom I love the most…”He recalls his dance practice with Twinkle,,

Flashback starts:
Twinkle asks him to always be with her, and during the dance competition, they perform their dance on the song Dilliwali girlfriend from Yeh Jawani hai Deewani everyone clap for them, and the winner is declared it is non other than our Twinj, they go on the dance floor to receive their award. Both go holding each others arms… They take the award.. Kunj takes the mike and says its all because of Twinkle that we have won this competition so cheers for her, Twinkle smiles. Flashback ends,

Kunj’s POV
That was the day when I realised that I had fallen in love with her, she was my life and I could not live without her but… now I hate her…

All the lawyers go down for lunch, even Kunj goes and takes his lunch and sits on the table with two other lawyers, he chit chats with them when Twinkle also comes across and hears him and thinks “I am familiar with this voice…”The scene freezes…

So Twinj were college friends! What happened between them? Why does Kunj hate her? What’s happened in their past?
