The Episode starts with Naina coming to meet Sameer in the hospital. Sameer gets happy seeing her. He asks her not to worry and says he is fine. He says I really felt good as you came to meet me. He says since you changed in my life, everything changed and I hurt you. He apologizes to her from his heart and asks her to accept his apologies for once. He says I am sorry. Naina looks at him and turns her face. She says sorry, that parrot which you have sent, gifting me cycle, and standing outside the house for sorry. She says you are doing this for yourself, don’t think that you are doing this for me. She says you are acting to be unwell, when you have no plans. She says you are doing this to get away from guilt, what did you think that I will get forgiveness. She says matter is not end with sorry or cycle. She says did you know what you have done, and says because of you, I couldn’t love again or trust someone again. Sameer says Naina. Naina asks him to shut up and says only I will tell and you will listen. She says you don’t know what first love means to a girl, and says it was a sweet dream, strength to fight from the world, all dreams I have seen with you, and what you have done, you acted to be in love.

A fb is shown, Naina says these are not words, but heart beats thousands time before saying this. A fb is shown, Sameer betting with his seniors. Naina says it was a sin and not a mistake. She says if I tell someone I love you, then I will see you in him. She says my faith is broken and I will hear its sound till my life. She says she will live her life with the betrayal and he has to live his life with the guilt. She says you are the reason for my pain and will always be. She turns and cries. Sameer also gets teary eyes. Naina sits there crying. Sameer sits down too and cries feeling her pain.

Sameer’s voiceover tells that everything was clear infront of his eyes. Pandit makes Nanu busy on phone call. Nanu asks him to talk and asks who are you. Pandit pretends as if line is bad. Nanu asks him not to waste his time. Pandit says he wants to talk about business and asks him to give the number.

Sameer says you are hurt and I am feeling pain. Your heart is broken and I am shattered. I am getting seeing your tears, as we are not two individuals, but have become one. He says I didn’t realize when I fell in love with you and you became my life. He says I can’t see tears in your eyes, and says I can’t live with the pain that you will stay with the pain. He says I will not be quiet until I hear from you that I am the reason for your big happiness and says I love you Naina.

Rakesh stops Arjun and asks what is he doing in school today. Arjun says exam. Rakesh says you have to concentrate on practice and says selection is after 2 weeks. He asks him to say that he will win. Arjun says everyone is hearing. Students gossip. Rakesh asks Arjun to give him promise. Arjun promises. He hears Seniors talking about their bet with Sameer and Naina confessing his love. Arjun is shocked when they tell that Naina said I love you. Naina’s voiceover tells that a new storm was going to come. Sameer thinks about Naina’s words and cries. Munna comes and asks what happened? Sameer says you were right, I am in love with Naina, I love her. Munna gets happy and asks why you was crying? Sameer says Naina hates me. Nanu comes and says don’t know whose call it was. He asks why you are crying? Munna says everything is fine, he is worried thinking you are worried. Nanu says I am not worried and says lets go home. Sameer hugs him and cries. Munna tells Pandit that Sameer told that he is in love with Naina. Sameer’s voiceover tells that he thought he has lost Naina and don’t want to lose Nana ji.

Precap:
Arjun asks Naina about Sameer and says it seems he got unconscious today. Naina says I don’t know. Arjun stops Sameer with his bat.
