In Citi Hospital, Just like the original serial Alia keeps instigating Abhi against Prachi and Pallavi too supports her…They say horrendous things to her and insult her mother…Abhi initially doesn’t believe them but Alia shows them the fake video of Maya…Just then Prachi and Ranbir reach there and see everyone looking at them with disgust…Abhi looks up just then and his eyes and filled with fury…He drags Prachi’s hand and pulls her aside forcefully, Ranbir tries to stop him but Pallavi pulls him back…Abhi looks at her angrily…Abhi recalls whatever Aaliya said to him that Prachi is responsible for Rhea’s suicide attempt. Prachi asks how is Rhea? Abhi asks how do you want to be Rhea, she is like that only. Prachi asks why you are angry? He says I was wrong, you are not the same as you look. Prachi asks what did I do? Abhi says you have used me to enter home. Prachi asks him to stop it and tells that she can’t bear to hear such things from his mouth and asks why is he saying that? Abhi says I was wrong and now came to know that they all are saying truth. He asks her not to give him innocent looks. Prachi says I didn’t do anything. Abhi asks then why did my daughter attempt to commit suicide? He says everything happened because of you. He says I used to say that I want another daughter like Prachi. Rhea started feeling that I love you more than her. He says now I wishes not to have daughter like you and hopes nobody gets daughter like you…Prachi begins to cry a lot and just as she goes to touch him, he jerks away…She falls behind an into someone’s arms…She looks up and is shocked to see who the person is…However she begins to cry more…The lady is revealed to be Ragini who had heard everything and had walked past everyone without anyone noticing and she too did not look at anyone…Prachi is seen crying very badly and Ranbir is filled with fury…He wants to tell everyone everything that Rhea has done but then stops seeing Pallavi eying him…Abhi begins to feel a little bad for saying all those things….Dr Neil has entered the waiting room and in confused by what he sees- his angry friend, a crying girl and a lady hugging her who’s back he can easy…He senses some familiarity but stops as he hears something…Ragini shushes Prachi down…
‘Ragini’ two people say at the same time and everyone’s focus turns on the lady hugging Prachi although her face cannot be seen… The two people who called her are revealed to be Dida( Vikram’s Mom) and Dr Neil…Ragini stiffens when she hears two people calling her…Instantly she recognizes the voices and feels everyone’s gaze on her…The Mehras and Ranbir look confused and Prachi is still sobbing…Ragini knows she doesn’t want to deal with them right now…She pulls Prachi out of a hug, still facing backwards and shoots Abhi daggering eyes…He feels a chill down his spine…She holds Prachi’s hand and begins walking towards the exit quickly…She can hear a few footsteps behind her and without turning behind she holds out her hand,, signally them to stop…She quickly runs out as she realizes that the footsteps have stopped….She takes Prachi into the lift and only turns around when it has shut
Vikram, Neil and Dida who were following her, look at each other…all a little shocked. Vikram breaks the silence and asks Neil? Do you know her? Neil nods…Just before they can get more information…Rhea screams and everyone leaves everything behind and rushes towards her room
Rhea is heard screaming and suddenly everyone forgets everything they were doing and rushes towards her…Abhi is relieved to see that his child is okay and that she only has a few minor burns…Neil talks to the doctor and nods and informs the family that Rhea is fine and she can be taken home…However something seems to be bothering him and there is an elephant in the room about what just happened earlier…While Abhi felt a little guilty for yelling at Prachi he was more worried about Rhea and on the other hand Dida and Vikram felt like someone just made a whole in their heart and they just wanted to go home at talk to Neil and they both discussed in and felt like it would be best to continue this conversation at home…Rhea was soon discharged and Alia was smirking as she was so happy that Prachi was finally out of their house and not Pragya would not even come close to them as she knew the truth about their relationship…
Meanwhile…Ragini is trying to console a heartbroken Prachi while having her own sadness in her eyes…Prachi starts to regain her composure and tells Ragini that she wants to go to her mother…Ragini nods and tells the driver to go to the airport…Prachi suddenly remembers something and asks Ragini how those two people knew her name…Ragini stiffens but decides to tell Prachi everything…
Meanwhile, The Kohli and Mehra families arrive at home and Rhea is asleep and Abhi lifts her and puts her down on the sofa…Ranbir is furious and goes to his room…Neil’s children are seen watching a movie as they were already at home…Sarla hugs Abhi and bids him a goodbye and he thanks her for managing the house while they were gone…She just nods…That’s when Abhi realizes that his friend, The Nachiket Khanna aka Neil is here…He simply hugs Neil and then steps back and realizes something…He realizes how Dida, Vikram and Neil had recognized the woman who took Prachi with her…He asks Neil and the Kohlis loudly ‘You both recognized that lady who took Prachi with her. Who was she?’ Dida and Vikrams eyes welled up with tears and Dida and Neil said things at the same time…’My daughter’…’My ex wife’…Neil and Dida both looked at each at other with shock not knowing how to react because they both had not seen Ragini in the past 20 years(for Neil) and 30 years(for the Kohlis)…Abhi decided to intervene sensing the uncomfortable atmosphere…and asked Vikram ‘ I did not know you had a sister’…Vikram started the story…Ragini was only 16 years when our dad asked her to marry his best friends son…but Ragini wanted to study and she wanted to become a doctor…so when dad forced her and threatened to marry her the next day…She ran away and after that I have never ever seen her and spoken to her and then suddenly today she came again after so many years. But Prachi? how does she know Prachi?…Abhi then said’ Is she Prachi’s mother?’…Neil then interrupted and said that no, Ragini only has one daughter,Nishi…Abhi then said’ What! What about Suhani then?’ Neil nods in a no…Abhi gets shocked and then Neil begins to tell his story…I met Ragini when she was studying and working part-time at my house, where i lived with my dadu and my sister…Dadu really loved Ragini and Ragini loved him like her own family as she never spoke about her own…I was about to marry Mihika, but then Dadu passed away and said that I would only inherit the property if I married Ragini…That was his last wish…We used to hate each others company but then we slowly fell in love and got married…We then had our first child Nishi and then our son followed…Ragini said that her father wanted to name his first grandson ranbeer, so that’s what we called him…That was the only time she spoke of her family..She would avoid any conversation whenever I brought it up…After our twins were born, Ragini got busy with the kids and that’s when everything went out of control…Mihika returned and she was pregnant…Mihika passed away while giving birth and she promised me to take care of Suhani…Ragini assumed that Suhani was mine and refused to keep her…We began to fight and she filed for divorce and that’s when we divided our children and promised to never see each other or our children again…but in the past few years Agham has been asking about Ragini and I don’t know what to tell him…I wasn’t expecting to see her today…Dida feels a little faint and sits down…’Oh mera baccha’ she says…Vikram then turns to Dida and says Ma you didn’t do anything to stop her…I know you want to meet her but maybe it’s best if you keep your distance…She looks happier and healthier…
The plane is just about to land in Mumbai and Ragini has finished telling her story to Prachi…Prachi cries a little and then says that Ragini Masi, you are like my second mother, Im so so proud of you..
Meanwhile, Dida is still crying while Pallavi is trying to console her…That’s when Neil’s 3 children walk down…Neil introduces them to the Mehras and the Kohlis and Ranbeer(Khanna) smiles looking at Rhea who is still busy sleeping…Ranbir Kohli then comes down and asks Dida, what happened why are you crying…That’s when Neil steps forward and tells everyone that Dida is their Nani…Agham is really happy, but Ranbeer doesn’t look too happy…Agham hugs Dida and she kisses him…
Suddenly, Rhea wakes up and it looks like she has just had a nightmare…She wakes up screaming ‘ Mumma, Mumma’ and once she is awake she asks Abhi, Where is my mumma?
Where is mumma dad? where is she? Rhea asks pleadingly to Abhi. The atmosphere of the room completely turns around as everyone knows about Rhea’s mom not being there. It’s been 20 years Dad and she hasn’t come back…I don’t think she loves us and she will never come back…But I need a mother dad…I really do! Why don’t you get married I’m sure there’ll be a huge line of girls standing outside for you? What are you thinking Dad?
Abhi is lost in his own world as a lone tear escapes his eyes…How could his daughter think he would marry someone else…He has only loved her mother and would never think of anyone taking her place…Abhi has broken out of his thoughts when Alia interrupts him and says Bhai Rhea is right…Why don’t you marry Meera? She loves Rhea like she is her own child and would keep her much happier than that manhus aurat ever would.
