Aakash Ahuja, a well-known actor from Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas and Thapki Pyaar Ki, currently starring in the TV show Badal Pe Paon Hai, recently encountered an unfortunate incident involving a dog bite on set.
During a recent interview, Aakash shared the details of what happened, revealing that he was bitten on the hand by a stray dog while feeding animals in Chandigarh. “I love dogs and was feeding them on set when one got scared and bit my hand. It started bleeding, but I received medical attention promptly and was rushed to the hospital,” he explained. Since the incident, Aakash has received two rabies injections and a tetanus shot, with two additional shots still required.
Reflecting on the event, Aakash took full responsibility, stating, “The dog was innocent; it was my fault for not being careful while feeding him.” He expressed understanding that the dog acted out of fear and not aggression.
When asked if this incident would make him hesitant around dogs in the future, Aakash firmly responded, “I will never get scared of dogs. I am fond of them. I love their company.” His love for dogs remains unchanged, and he is determined to continue interacting with them despite the injury.
Despite the injury, Aakash remains committed to his work and has continued filming the show in Chandigarh without any interruptions. His dedication to his craft and his passion for animals demonstrate his resilient spirit.
