The Episode starts with Rupal showing the saree to Sumedh. She says Kesar has prepared this saree for Rukmani. Sumedh smiles and recalls Kesar’s words. Rachna says you didn’t apply haldi to Sumedh and on the other hand, you made the saree for Rukmani. Sumedh says its enough that Kesar is making a relation with Rukmani, Rukmani will become the link between us, I m sure. Rachna gets the haldi for Rukmani at her house. Sonal compliments Rukmani and takes her for the haldi. Jamkudi gets surprised seeing Rukmani. Rachna praises Kesar for finding the best bahu.
She asks Piyush to see the car parking. He goes out. Shivani says groom has to send some gift or letter for his would be bride, guess, what Malhar has sent for you, I will tell you, he has sent nothing. She laughs. She says don’t feel
Rukmani closes eyes and sits. Rachna covers her with a saree. Sonal comes and worries. Rachna asks Rukmani to open her eyes and see how beautiful she looks. Rukmani sees the red colour border. She gets scared. She gets angry and throws off the saree. She faints. Piyush and Sonal hold her. Jamkudi and everyone are shocked.
Kesar gets the saree back. She asks what, she has thrown the shagun saree. Shivani says yes. Rupal says don’t listen to Shivani. Kesar asks Rachna to tell the truth. Rachna nods. Sumed says I can’t believe it, Rukmani can’t do this. Jamkudi says her eyes went up, she had thrown the saree in the air, I felt like there is some spirit on her, trust me, she gets attacks. Kesar is shocked. Jamkudi says they have given you a defective girl, else think, any educated girl won’t agree to marry Sumedh. Kesar sits in shock. She goes to pray. She says I can’t tolerate lies.
Sumedh says don’t decide it so soon, you should give her a chance to explain, you can break the relation if you don’t find it right. Jamkudi says you aren’t able to see the truth, this is called love. Rachna says yes, we all have seen that girl getting attacks. Kesar says I have a problem with lies. Piyush comes and says we didn’t lie anything, Rukmani doesn’t get any attacks, the reason for her behavior is a childhood trauma, she was 8 years old, someone shot our mum and killed her. Kesar recalls Vijay’s death. Piyush says Rukmani was there, mum’s blood drops fell on her, she couldn’t come out of this trauma. Kesar and Sumedh are shocked. Piyush says she gets mad when she sees red colour, she can’t control herself. Shivani says suhaag’s everything is of red colour, how will she become a suhaagan then. Kesar says red colour is a sign of her mum’s blood, Shivani, I regret, you couldn’t understand their relation’s depth. She says thanks Piyush for telling the truth, I hate lies, I hope there isn’t any lie told to us, go home and prepare for he marriage. Piyush thanks her and says Rukmani is lucky to get related to your family. Sumedh smiles. Kesar asks the guests to leave. Jamkudi goes.
Kesar sees the red border on the saree. She asks Rachna to keep the saree in the cupboard. Sumedh takes it. Rachna asks what will you do of this now, Kesar made this for her bahu’s Mu dikhai. Sumedh says its mum’s blessings.
Everyone gets ready for the function. Kesar does Sumedh’s aarti and tilak. Rachna asks what happened to Kesar, she is doing Sumedh’s aarti. Rupal asks him to take blessings of Kesar. Kesar says no need to touch my feet, my blessings are always with you. He smiles. Sumedh prays and gets happy.
