As we all know Star Plus’ show Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala will soon bud adieu to its viewers. The show had a great run and garnered amazing reviews in the past. Now the curtains will be pulled on the show as it will air it’s last episode on February 7.
As per the recent reports, the show will bring it’s story to a meaningful end and for the same Kullfi’s maternal uncle Sattu Kumar will enter the show. The role is essayed by actor Romanch Mehtha.
In an interview with Bombay Times, Romanch talked about his entry and said, “I am excited about returning to the show after a gap of six months. ‘Kullfi…’ is one of my favourite shows. Besides having a great run and being loved by the audience, the character has also won me a lot of recognition. The show and my character will always be close to my heart. It’s obviously a tad disappointing that the show is going off air, as it was different from what we usually watch on TV. I understand that I am returning just days before it’s ending, but I had to, as nothing beats the feeling of associating with an unconventional show.”
The actor says that he will have withdrawal symptoms, as he has grown fond of the cast and crew. He shares, “I will miss the cast dearly, especially Aakriti. I share a special bond with her. Though she plays my niece in the show, I treat her like a daughter. Having said that, it’s just a farewell till we meet next and not a final goodbye. I will keep in touch with all of them
