Actor Ruhan Rajput who hails from the port city Paradip in Odisha has worked in more than 25 short films. Ruhan rose to fame with the movie Ishq Mera Ruhani and is now set to essay the role of an astronaut in the upcoming web series titled Antariksh. Directed by Badrinath Sabat, the series is going to be one of the country’s first space fiction shows.
In a recent interview with BT, the actor talked about it and shared, “The entertainment industry has thousands of live examples like Mohanlalji, Taapsee Pannu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and the legend Amitabh Bachchan, proving that it welcomes and respect talent and hard work. By God’s grace, I have never been out of work since 2016.”
Ruhan also talked about his journey so far and shared, “I started as a software engineer in the renowned IT firm in Bangalore. Later joined one of the TOP US banks Software Development in Bangalore and moved to Mumbai. Technology and Research have always rekindled me. This has given me the zeal to foray into Tech entrepreneurship. Acting came as a hobby and I started doing stuff for my personal satisfaction. One after another things came in place and this hobby has given me immense satisfaction and pleasure to do new and more. I believe we have a lot to achieve in life and we need to continuously evolve ourselves over the phase of time.”
For the unversed, the actor garnered 11 National and International awards for his role in his debut film Potly in 2016.
