Actor Varunn Jain, who is currently essaying the parallel lead role in the television show Tera Mera Saath Rahe, is disappointed that the show is going off-air.
The actor talked about it during a recent interview with BT and shared, “Our show’s last episode will air on June 17. It is a very emotional moment for all of us. It has been a very beautiful journey for me. I have been a part of the show for the past 6 months and I share a great bond with everyone.”
Varunn who replaced Rajkumar Singh for the role added, “It has been challenging for me to replace an existing character because when a new face is introduced, the audience tends to judge. You worry about whether the audience will accept you or not. But I am glad that the audience accepted and showered me with a lot of love. They appreciate me on social media and I am grateful for that,” he says.
Talking about the show coming to an end, he says, “It was shocking and an emotional moment for all of us when we heard the news. At the end of the day, we all need to respect the channel’s decision. But the good part is that the audience on social media is telling us to continue the show.”
Along with Tera Mera Saath Rahe, Varunn is also known for his role in shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Kaali – Ek Agnipariksha and Pehredaar Piya Ki among others.
