Actress Pooja Singh has a huge fan following and has been a popular face in the telly industry. She has enthralled the viewers with her phenomenal performances in shows like Dil Se Dil Tak, Diya Aur Baati Hum amongst others. As of now she is seen essaying the role of Raavi Singh in Colors TV show Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. As per the latest reports by a leading news daily, the Actress has been roped in for yet another project. Pooja will be seen in Shashi Sumeet’s upcoming show ‘Jeevan Sathi’.
Speaking to the Times of India, she says, “Yes, I am happy to be a part of ‘Jeevan Sathi’. I owe my success to Shashi ma’am and Sumeet sir’s ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’. Later, I also collaborated with them for ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’. So, when ‘Jeevan Sathi’ came my way, I took up without batting an eyelid. I know that if they have approached me for a part, it will be fun and interesting. I haven’t even asked them about the details of my character, as I have full faith in them.”
The actress will now be juggling two shows at a time. She says, “I shoot for around 10-15 days for ‘Shakti’. I will allot the remaining days to ‘Jeevan Sathi’. ‘Shakti’ is the first show I joined after my marriage and couldn’t have left it at any cost. I am glad that Rashmi Sharma ma’am and Pawan Kumar sir — the producers of ‘Shakti’ — allowed me to take up the new show.”
