Actress Sreejita De all set to marry beau Michael Blohm-Pape in a Two-Day Ceremony
Following their engagement in December 2021, Sreejita De, known for her role in the TV show Uttaran, will soon tie the knot with her German fiancé Michael Blohm-Pape. The couple, residing in Mumbai where Michael works for a German shipping company, will have their wedding festivities in Germany. The court wedding is scheduled for June 30, followed by a traditional white wedding ceremony on July 1.
Expressing her excitement in a recent interview, Sreejita shared her plans for a multi-cultural celebration. While the first week of November will see an Indian-style wedding in Goa, where she will don ethnic lehengas, she has always dreamt of a white wedding. Sreejita considers it a dream come true to have the opportunity to embrace both traditions on her special day.
Due to various commitments, many of her industry friends who intended to attend the wedding in Germany have regretfully canceled their plans. However, Sreejita mentions that fellow actors Shiv Thakare, Abdu Rozik, and Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary are expected to be present, with Priyanka likely to join the celebrations in Goa.
Once the ceremonies are concluded, Sreejita and Michael will return to Mumbai for the time being. They plan to have a brief two-day mini-honeymoon in Denmark before resuming work. However, a more extensive honeymoon will be scheduled after their Indian wedding.
While the couple intends to reside in Mumbai for a few years, their long-term plan involves relocating to Germany. They envision starting a family within four to five years and desire a more serene and less hectic environment for their future children to grow up in.
