The Aarey police today arrested two actresses in connection with a robbery case. The actresses are from popular crime shows Saavdhan India and Crime Patrol.
According to the police, the two actresses moved in the posh locality of Royal Palms society as tenants. They later fled after stealing lakh of rupees from another tenant woman.
The Police came to know about the robery when the victims tenant register a complained with the police that she suspected Surabhi Srivastava and Mohseena Sheikh of robbing her money bag.
Surabhi and Mohseena confessed their crime when the police confronted them by showing them the CCTV footage where they are seen leaving the building. DCP Chaitanya has confirmed the arrest of both the actresses under the case of theft u/s 380 IPC registered on 29/5/2021 at Aarey police station.
It seems that both the actresses used their learnings from the show in a way they shouldn’t have.
