Adaa Khan is not just an actress but also an internet sensation. The actress enjoys a massive fan following and is also very active on social media. During an interview with BT, Adaa shared that she does it for a reason.
She said, “Actually I am not a social media person, but these days you have to be active, you need to. To prove that you are an actor, you have to post and follow trends. These days some makers cast you for a role only if you have a certain number of followers or depending on the reels you make. It is a sad reality of life.”
“When I was new to the industry, people used to get work because of their talent and skills. Now it seems like it is all about social media,” she added.
Talking about being single for a while now, she shared, “The day you start enjoying your own company, that’s about it. I am not uncomfortable when I am alone and I love being in my own company. Even if I am traveling alone, I don’t get bored. I love exploring places on my own.”
Adaa is also known for her fashion sense and no matter where she is she will always be in style. Talking about it she said, “As an individual too I like following what is trending. And as an actor toh definitely you need to do it. This is a part of my professional and I am also always interested. I love wearing different kinds of outfits. Our fans also see us doing this and it interests them a lot.”
It’s been years that Adaa has been sporting the red hair look. For some, it may be a phase for a few months, but for her it’s been 2014-15 now. “Now people tell me that it is my style statement. I tried changing it but I got it back. When I played Shesha again on screen for the Naagin 6, so she always had the red strand. Now even though we wear masks and sometimes we cannot recognize who it is, people around me always recognize that it is me, due to my hair. I love it and I love doing these crazy things,” she concluded.
