Adaa Khan, who is well-known for her roles in supernatural shows, is making a comeback to the realm of family dramas after a hiatus. She has been chosen to be a part of JD Majethia’s upcoming series, “Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey,” where she will be playing the role of Chinmayee Salvi’s friend. Adaa is set to commence filming for the show in the near future.
The cast of “Wagle Ki Duniya” includes Sumeet Raghvan, Pariva Pranati, Aanjjan Srivastav, Bharati Achrekar, and Sheehan Kapahi, among others.
Adaa gained immense popularity for her portrayal of Shesha in the initial season of “Naagin” and has also appeared in three subsequent seasons of the supernatural series. She has previously played the lead role in “Vish Ya Amrit – Sitara.”
Recently celebrating her 14-year journey in the entertainment industry, Adaa expressed her gratitude towards God, her family, friends, and fans for their unwavering love and support. She acknowledged the challenges of surviving in the industry and shared how her career unexpectedly took off with commercial advertisements. Encouraged by her mother, she embarked on her acting journey without any formal training, acquiring skills and experience through hands-on work. Adaa considers herself fortunate to have been a part of notable shows such as “Behenein,” “Amrit Manthan,” “Piya Basanti Re,” “Naagin,” “Sitara,” and “Khatron Ke Khiladi.” She cherishes each character she has portrayed throughout her career.
