Adish Vaidya bids farewell to Saavi Ki Savaari; Aarush Shrivastav steps in as the new Raksham

Adish Vaidya, who had been associated with Saavi Ki Savaari since its inception in August last year, has made his exit from the show. Taking his place as the new Raksham is actor Aarush Shrivastav.

Adish, who gained popularity for his role as Mohit Chavan in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin talked about it in a recent interview and explained the reason behind his departure, saying, “Due to prior commitments, my schedule clashed with the show. Despite my efforts to make adjustments, it didn’t work out. I wasn’t aware that the makers were already searching for a replacement. It would have been better if they had informed me in advance. However, I understand their circumstances. They had no choice but to bring in another actor who had no conflicting commitments. It was a professional decision, and there are no hard feelings between the production house and me.”

Aarush, known for his appearances in supernatural shows like Bekaaboo and Naagin, also shared his experience of joining the show and said, “I was finalized overnight. The director provided me with a detailed briefing about the character, which helped me grasp the role. It will take some time, but I hope to fully immerse myself in the character soon. I intend to bring my own touch to the role.”

Saavi Ki Savaari, a Hindi adaptation of the Kannada series Mithuna Raashi, made its debut on August 22 last year. The daily soap stars Samridhi Shukla and Farman Haider as the lead couple, with Fenil Umrigar playing Raksham (now portrayed by Aarush Shrivastav)’s wife. The family drama also features Indira Krishnan, Anoop Puri, Pankaj Bhatia, Sneha Chauhan, and Mansi Srivastava among other talented artists.
