Adnan Khan, known for his acclaimed role in Sony TV’s “Katha Ankahee,” is set to mesmerize audiences once again in an upcoming Balaji Telefilms project. Reports from a media portal confirm his selection as the male lead, stepping into the character of Ashoka in this highly awaited venture.
Earlier reports from India Forums hinted at Mallika Singh from ‘Radha Krishna’ fame being considered for the female lead. In an exclusive update, it’s now revealed that Adnan has been rigorously preparing for his role as Emperor Ashoka. Sources reveal, “Adnan’s dedication to portraying Emperor Ashoka is evident as he’s been diligently working on achieving a six-pack physique, successfully accomplishing this goal.”
Having last appeared in Sony TV’s “Katha Ankahee” alongside Aditi Sharma, Adnan recently celebrated his birthday on December 24th in Saudi Arabia during a pilgrimage.
The show titled ‘Pracchand Ashok’ will feature Adnan and Mallika, with Adnan portraying Emperor Ashoka and Mallika Singh in the role of Princess Kaurwaki.
