Abhimanyu suggests that they need to take Nidtiya to the hospital, Niyati agrees sop he picks her up in his arms while Niyati sits in the car holding Nidtiya, Abhimanyu drives off in a hurry, Angad comes out of the bushes, he in anger calls someone instructing him about the entire plan, Angad is really furious.
Niyati is crying, Abhimanyu and Niyati both try to wake her up but she is not responding, Niyati requests him to drive fast and they reach the hospital, Abhimanyu takes Nidtiya off her hands and knocks on the door, the doctor opening is shocked to see them both when Niyati asks her to see that she is not waking up when, the beggars are also following them and they both call Angad mentioning how they have reached the doctor but the child is still unconscious.

Inspector questions Angad how can he do something, since he first made the mistake by giving the child to the beggars and then also revealed the entire truth in front of the beggars, which the daughter of Niyati heard but how did she reach the house, Angad throws the Champaign at him questioning why is he trying to make him recall all his mistakes while he was called to help him, inspector explains that there is something beneficial in this for him since he can be released of all the cases when Angad exclaims he doesnot have a clever mind since he no longer has interest in the truth but the child needs to die since the only reason he has this wealth is because of the pain that Abhimanyu suffered six years ago, he cannot allow the child to ruin it all. Angad mentions Abhimanyu has taken Nidtiya to the clinic of the same doctor who came to check her in the house and he knows her assistant when the inspector exclaims then there is nothing to worry about, Angad asks for two of his men but inspector replies he has a lot of his own men, Angad in anger replies even then he only needs his men who are listed as being locked up since no one knows when they might turn. Inspector exclaims Angad has a clever mind when Angad exclaims that anyone who tries to bring both Abhimanyu and Niyati closer will have to die.
Abhimanyu and Niyati both are standing outside the door of the room and are not able to bear the injection which is taking out the blood, Niyati asks him to leave as she can manage by herself when e replies he has no interest in hearing her lecture but he also cares for Nidtiya, she questions where was this care when he revealed their truth to Nidtiya, Abhimanyu replies this was all her fault when she did not tell the truth to her daughter about her father, Niyati questions what could have she told her that she doesnot even know the truth about her parents, she reveals the day she lost her Guria is when she found Nidtiya on the footsteps of the Mandir, someone had left her there, Abhimanyu is shocked. Niyati reveals she has raised her as the blessing of Mata Rani, and because of her she got the strength to live so how could she ruin the confidence of that child. Niyati sits down when Abhimanyu asks if Nidtiya is not her daughter.
Niyati wiping off her tears explains she has revealed the entire truth to Nidtiya so he would not be able to use her against Niyati, Abhimanyu questions what is she saying, he mentions he thought he was cursing her without any reason and he inflicted pain because he thought that she married someone else so it was nothing to think about her, she thinks he befriended her daughter so that he could take revenge from her so how can she think so low of him. Niyati replies when he can blame a mother for killing her own daughter so why can she not think the same, Abhimanyu asks her to be quiet when the doctor comes out questioning what are they doing as this a clinic, they both apologize and ask her about Nidtiya when the doctor explains they have taken the blood samples but would monitor her for some time. Niyati requests her to order Abhimanyu to leave since she is the mother and is the only one who should be allowed to stay, Abhimanyu says even she must tell Niyati that he also cares for her, the doctor questions what is the problem as she is the mother so should be allowed to stay when she must also let him stay as he can help with anything.
Angad is with the inspector when the constable brings both the criminals, inspector tries to introduce them however Angad exclaims that he just wants to know if they are trustworthy when he calls the beggars who say that the nurse said that she is still unconscious, Angad asks them both to make sure she doesnot wake up.
Abhimanyu is standing with Niyati when he receives a call from Kavya who questions where is he as she came to his room, he explains that he is busy so will read her the story tomorrow but Kavya starts thrashing the room when he asks what is she doing, Meera asks what is she doing, Kavya asks her to scold uncle since he went to Nidtiya during her story time and even when she ruined her birthday, Abhimanyu tries to explain she is her best niece and he will surely read the story tomorrow, Meera says he must not listen to her so asks if Nidtiya is fine when Abhimanyu explains he found her on the way to her house but she fell unconscious, Meera is worried since it is not right for a child to get unconscious like this in two days. Abhimanyu tries to convince Kavya that he will read the story tomorrow but she threatens to break everything in the room, Abhimanyu assures he is coming while Niyati hearing this think this is what she asked her, as she must have a life with him and Guria.
Abhimanyu is waiting for Nidtiya when Niyati brins the wheelchair, he offers to drop them but she says he has already helped her a lot so she can manage on her own, he says there is no need to be so stubborn but she replies that she doesnot need his help, he comes to stand in front of looking at his watch when she question what is he doing, he says he is going to check how long it will take her to get an auto, Niyati replies she doesnot want this childish behavior when he says she is the one who is being childish, did she really think he will leave them both like this in the night, Abhimanyu going to the car exclaims thy should not bring this child in between their hatred, Niyati agrees but she is not able to lift Nidtiya, he asks her to sit in the car while he is going to help her and so places Nidtiya in the car.
Angad advises both of them to make sure they complete their work and then head back to the lockup as in the records they were locked up for the entire night, they reach the clinic when the beggars come running revealing they both have just left now, he gets tensed when she mentions that the mother of the child is the same women who was asking about the child that Jhumki placed on the steps of the Mandir six years ago, she questions what could she want from that child. Angad thinks that Niyati picked up her daughter from the footsteps of the Mandir six years ago and she would surely be her own daughter, he gets tensed thinking about it.
Precap: Angad asks Goons to finish Nitya before she says anything to anyone. Goons enter Niyati’s house. They say kill her daughter. Niyati begs them, but one of the goons stabs Nitya with a knife.
