Niyati knocks on the door of Abhimanyu calling him to open the door, his father and Manorama jee also request him to open the door, Niyati peeks throw the keyhole of his room when she immediately shouts at him to open the door, Manaroma questions what is going on when she reveals he is trying to hang himself, Aanad advises they would have to break the door, they all try to break it. Abhimanyu in the room exclaims he can no longer bear the pain of the laughing and is now going to hang himself, Niyati realizes that Abhimanyu was saying he really loves her and also that he cannot live without her, Niyati throws her ring from under the door, revealing that she has broken her engagement with Aanad as she has realized his love so has come to him, she will not leave him ever again and is going to stay
Niyati immediately turns to Aanad, apologizing for what she has done, explaining this was the only way to save the life of Abhimanyu, she explains what would happen if Abhimanyu sees him here as he would understand this is all a lie, she requests Aanad to leave now when Dr Sharma also agrees, so Aanad leaves in anger. Abhimanyu opens the door and only sees Niyati, he in excitement hugs her and is also not laughing, Niyati is really stunned, she is not even able to move, Abhimanyu exclaims he knew she would one day realize his love and come to him, he will take care of himself so he can be worthy of her love but she should not leave him ever again, she just belongs to him and cannot leave, he also throws her ring, Abhimanyu asks Manaroma to hear what Niyati has said as she has started to realize his love, she will not leave him again, Niyati explains but what he was about to do was wrong, Abhimanyu exclaims that he got scared she was going to leave him but now there is nothing to be worried about because Niyati has come to him, he says to Manaroma that she is now going to have a daughter in law. Niyati asks him to take care of himself and take the medicines as only then would he feel nice, he agrees mentioning he has to get healthy to be with her, Abhimanyu exclaims she should give him the medicine in the room, he takes her inside, Manaroma starts recalling when they both were married.
Abhimanyu sits on the bed and is constantly looking at Niyati, she asks what has happened when he says that they should take the medicine while resting, she hands him the medicine asking him to now rest and be comfortable because she must leave for her house, Abhimanyu gets tears in his eyes, he pulls Niyati close to him asking why she is leaving when she said she is going to stay with him for the rest of his life, Niyati replies she will surely come back tomorrow, Abhimanyu exclaims he is going to wait for her, she leaves when Abhimanyu throws the medicine exclaiming had he taken it then would have forgotten today which he cannot bear.
Niyati picks up the ring and wears it, saying that she did what she thought was best for Abhimanyu but doesnot know that what she did with her family and Aanad was right, Manaroma coming to her exclaims that the truth to ones duty goes through a lot of hurdles and pains, but for what Niyati has done for Abhimanyu, she would be forever grateful to her. Niyati stops her saying she must not thank her, Niyati explains she lied to Abhimanyu that she is going to break off her engagement because he was going to hang himself but what happens if he tries to do the same in the future, Manaroma mentions that she is a guest in the life of Abhimanyu, they both would walk their separate ways after some time however Niyati explains that her wedding festivities are going to start from tomorrow, Abhimanyu decided to take his life after coming to know about her engagement but what would happen if he finds out the truth about her marriage, what would they be able to do then, Kumkar explains they must then hide this truth from Abhimanyu. Niyati is shocked saying tomorrow evening is her ritual of Haldi so how would she be able to come here tomorrow morning, Abhimanyu’s father explains that she doesnot have to do this, she should go back to her parents and convince them to postpone this wedding until the treatment of Abhimanyu is going one, she must put her entire focus on his treatment, after which he would make sure she gets the wedding of her life, she must also assure her parents they must not worry about her wedding because he would give them twice. Niyati asks him to not weight the relations with money because they are priceless, true, and honest relations remain for life. She leaves the house.
Aanad is sitting thinking of how Abhimanyu was dancing with Niyati, she also took off her ring for the sake of Abhimanyu and even asked him to leave so that her lie is not caught, Sulochana comes asking him to drink water, Ram explains what happened was wrong and should not have happened but he is the one who got engaged to Niyati, she will not refuse to marry him, Aanad recalls what Ram said that both Niyati and Abhimanyu used to understand each other, Niyati comes when Ram questions what has she done, she accepts she made a mistake, Ram explains that the engagement is the first step in a wedding so she should not have taken it out like this, Aanad coming to Niyati explains that this relation means the most to him and now he cannot accept any pain which it causes to his family, as this would also harm the reputation of his mother and his family which he will not bear, he leaves in anger.
Ram coming to Niyati explains he will not talk about what happened, but it is better for her to perform the duty otherwise Abhimanyu might come after her, he has booked a guest house so she should come to the Haldi function after five pm.
Ram wakes up in the middle of the night because of a cough, he sees Sulochana standing weeping when asks her what happened, she explains what would happen if it is written in fate that both Niyati and Abhimanyu should meet, it would have been better if they both had remained strangers to each other. She now believes they are destined to be together, Ram requests her to not deviate from the truth as she is thinking like a mother, he is not that mad enough to marry his daughter to a mad man, he cannot ruin the life of his daughter explaining this is the difference between the truth and lie. He asks her to go and sleep as tomorrow is the Haldi function of their daughter.
Precap: Manaroma explains she doesnot want that her wedding festivities should ruin because of her son so she should leave, Abhimanyu sitting outside thinks where is Niyati going when his mother went to talk about their marriage. Saira asks if Abhimanyu did not come to know she is getting married to Dr Aanad, Niyati replies she is feeling really bad that she is lying to Abhimanyu, he from the back questions then why she is lying. She in shock turns to see him standing.
