While decorating chatt pooja venue, Anurag asks Ragini why did not she keep fast. Ragini says she did not want to embarrass family feeling hungry. Anurag says she expresses her heart out in such a simple way, it is very difficult for someone to be so simple. Ragini thinks she also finds it very difficult. Anurag says he is lucky to have her, but is sad that he forgot the past time spent with her.
Vidhvan’s family and Purshotam’s family enters pooja venue. Vishu walks towards ghat with Shristi and sadly says he got lost in childhood and was searching Anurag, babuji and other family members worriedly, but now he is grown up and is not afraid and will not find her out among crowd. Shristi says according to me, he cannot. He asks why. She holds his hand and says he will not let him lost
Daadi and family starts chatt pooja near ghat and drop pooja items in water. A folk song plays in the background. Everyone perform pooja one by one. It gets dark continuing to perform pooja and then next morning they perform pooja during sunrise and finish the rituals.
Ragini tells Shristi that she and devarji performed pooja well and chatty maiya will reward them. Daadi says bahu is telling right. Vishu with Shristi takes Daadi’s blessings and then Purshotam and Surekha’s. Anurag and Ragini also take blessings. Sumer says it calls for a photo. Revathi asks to click photo from wherever she is standing. Sumer gives his mobile to Anurag and asks to take family pic. Anurag sees his and Shristi’s engagement pics in Sumer’s mobile. Purshotam tells Vidvan that pooja went really well. Vidhvan calls Anurag, but he is busying looking at pics. He calls Ragini next and introduces her and Anurag to pandit. Anruag touching panditji’s feet looks at Ragini weirdly. Ragini asks what happened. He gives phone and leaves. Revathi asks where is he going. Ragini sees Shristi and Anurag’s engagement pic and sadly says family that misterji came to know about his and Shristi’s engagement. Shristi stops Ragini that she should pray Chatti maiya to fix her marriage. Ragini says misterji came to know that she was lying all these days, she does not know what will happen. Family stands tensed. Shristi prays chatty maiya if she prayed her by heart, she should protect her family from problems.
Ragini rushes home and sees Anurag standing in living room sadly. Family also enters. Vidhvan tries to speak. Anurag stops him and says he does not remember his past, he believed whatever they all said, but he did not know that he was being played, they don’t know what he is feeling, he was living a life depending on them and trusted them. He collapses after venting his heart out. Doc checks him and asks family to not give him any tension. Revathi folds hands in front of Ragini and Shristi and pleads them to go away from here, she is not a good mother and saas, but she is pleading them to go and let them live peacefully.
Precap: Ragini tells Anurag that she did not break her fast, asks him to come and break it. He throws water. He asks Revathi if he was engaged to Shristi and asks Shristi if he denied to marry her after engagement. Shristi says she was loving someone else.
