Recap: the trio shopping.. and few Nairan moments.. Karan scared that Naina would sit with Varun.. his protective+ jealous mode..

Episode 38

Varun smirked seeing Karan’s worried face. Karan hesitantly sat down on Varun’s right. Naina washed her hands and came she looked at the table and found both of them already seated. Without even thinking she walked forward to sit in her place.
Karan felt her presence. He looked up at the opposite seat but then to his surprise she wasn’t there. He turned to his right.
Naina was seated right next to Karan.

Karan looked at her, a little confused and shocked. Naina saw him and smiled at him. Varun was extremely angry.
Varun’s POV: I need to do something about this guy. I need to break their relationship and then propose Naina.
Soon all three had their dinner.
While leaving..
Naina: Varun, you should come and visit us soon on Navratri! Okay?
Varun smiled at her: Sure Naina! No one can say a no to you.. surely I’ll be there.
Soon both of them left.
Varun’s POV: Now, Mr. Karan.. I will show him who Varun is..
he smiled wickedly to himself.

Nairan walked to the car. Naina got in the back seat. While Karan walked forward to sit in the front but then he took his hands off the handle and took two steps back and opened the backdoor. And slowly sat down next to Naina. Naina was completely shocked. She stared at Karan with her jaw dropped down but then she composed herself soon and relaxed her back and head and shut her eyes. Acting as though she didn’t see him.

Karan slowly opened the door and got in quietly. And shut the door.
Naina smiled and watched Karan through eyelids that were half shut. He was busy staring at her .

Karan looked at Naina and admired her beauty. Soon Naina fell asleep. On the way she fell onto Karan’s shoulder. Karan looked at her and smiled. He slowly brushed off the hair from her face and let her sleep.
Soon they reached home. One of the security opened the door for Karan. Karan got off the car and carefully picked Naina up in his arms.
Karan on the way asked the servant, where everyone was. The servant informed him that everyone had gone to sleep. After assuring he walked in the house with Naina in his arms.. she was in a very deep sleep.

Few people were hiding and watching Karan and Naina.. Karan was staring at Naina while Naina was in a very deep sleep. She was very tired. He carefully climbed up the stairs bringing Naina closer to him. Almost hugging her , to see the steps.
People were watching them.
Karan reached the room and managed to open the door and he was getting in.
Nirmala saw few people peeping, hiding behind a wall.
Nirmala: Tum log yahan kya kar rahe ho?
Karan felt like he heard her voice.
He turned around with Naina still in his arms. He took few steps forward to check if she was around but didn’t find her anywhere.
People pulled her behind the wall.

P:shush!
They told Nirmala about their plan and what they were doing now.
Nirmala too peeps to see. Naina was in Karan’s arms. She was shocked + overjoyed!
She almost screamed. Karan was walking back but then he came back again to check. But didn’t find anyone.
Nirmala was pulled back again. People face palmed and soon all peeped out and saw both of them getting into the room.
He took her into the room and placed her on the bed. Removed her slippers and stole too because she might feel chocked later.

He then covered her with the blanket. He brushed her hair aside but then in sleep Naina caught hold of his hand, smiled and slept. Karan smiled at her. He caressed her head with the other hand. And slowly pulled his hand off from her clutch. He changed and came to his side to sleep. He was facing his back to Naina.

Suddenly felt a hand over his stomach. He turned around to find Naina. Still in deep sleep. He pulled her hand closer.
He was sleeping flat on his back. His right hand was behind his head while the left hand held onto Naina’s hand, that was hugging him. She cuddled up closer. Her head was on his chest.

Morning came really soon.
BANG ? BANG ? BANG ? on the door.
Naina shot open her eyes and found herself sleeping on Karan’s chest.
She slowly got up to find her hand on Karan’s stomach and his hand holding onto her hand. She smiled seeing him sleep peacefully.
Naina’s POV: kitna cute lag raha hein,Karan.. (she was sitting and admiring him when suddenly she noticed the dress she was wearing) Arey, why this kapda? Didn’t I change it before sleep yesterday?
Oh wait.. I don’t even remember coming home. Mein toh.. car Mein so gayi thi na? Yahan kaise pahunchi?

BANG ? BANG ? BANG ? again someone banged on the door, which brought Naina out of her thoughts. Karan shot up in shock. He saw Naina already woken up.
Naina looked at him. He kept his hand on her cheek. In a worried tone.
Karan: are you okay,Naina?

Naina: haan.. what would happen to me?
Karan took his hand back and placed it on his head.
Karan: it must have been a nightmare. Anyways who is banging the door?
Naina: idk..
BANG ? BANG ? BANG ?again..
Karan: Sakshi is back?!
Tada..
he opened the door and found both Sakshi and Khyati together.

Karan was really happy seeing both of them.
Karan: Hi!! Tum dono yahan, kab aye?
Naina smiled at both of them.
S n k: yesterday..
Sakshi: tum dono kaha the?

The two girls hugged Nairan.
Karan: we had gone out.
Khyati: hmmm….
Sakshi: jaldi chalo neeche.. we need to do pooja.. The final day of Navrati is not far away..we need to do arrangements for that.
(Sorry guys I will have to fast forward ,stuff)
Naina: we will come down in 10 minutes..

Khyati and Sakshi walked down. Nairan dress up and come down in some time.
All the family members were in front of the in-house temple, doing pooja.
They all had breakfast together and then all sat in the hall..planning on a grand dandiya night.. of course Dadaji and Nirmala planned. NK didn’t take part in the convo. He sat away and went through the news paper. Sandhya was sitting and acting as though she was involved. She was thinking on when to execute her next plan!
Karan and Kunal sat on the same sofa with Nirmala in between.
Dadaji was seated on another. Meghna, Sakshi, Naina,Khyati sat in the same order.

Suddenly during the discussion. Khyati leant back and tapped on Sakshi’s shoulder without Naina noticing and spoke through her eyes. Sakshi turned towards Meghna..
Sakshi: Meghna Bhabhi…

She said cheerfully, pulling Meghna’s cheek. Meghna smiled and through her expressions asked her,”what happened?”
Sakshi looked at Naina and Karan.
Meghna punched Kunal’s shoulder lightly, who was seated on the sofa next to her. Kunal looked at her in pain. She spoke to him through his eyes just like Sakshi and Khyati. Kunal understood. He looked at Nirmala and whispered something into her ears. She smiled.
Dadaji: okay.. so the list is ready,Naina beta?
Naina: haan,Dadu.
D: Meghna beta , tum aur Kunal invites bhejoge. Karan, kya tum media ko batha sakthe ho?
Meghnal: ji Dadu!

Karan: yes, Dadu.
Meghna got up to go bring her phone from her room.
Kunal: Meghna, tum kahan jaa rahi ho?
Meghna: phone laane..
Kunal got up.
Kunal:ok Chalo.. let me carry you.
Meghna was shocked. Nirmala Khyati and Sakshi giggled. Dadu smiled. Karan was confused while Naina was simply watching the two of them happily.

Meghna: huh?
Kunal: yeah.
And Kunal picked her up in his arms.
Dadu laughed: Kya kar rahe ho Kunal?
Nirmala laughing: Kunal, Meghna ko neeche rakho beta.. haha
Meghna was blushing hard. She whispered to Kunal.
Meghna: Kunal, please put me down.

Kunal smiled at Meghna.
Kunal: No,ma. You don’t know.. this is the new way to express your love.. hai na Karan?
Karan was drinking water AND watching the drama.. suddenly he understood what they were talking about.
He coughed and kept the glass down. Nirmala rubbed his back. Karan looked down to avoid eye contact. When he suddenly felt a soft hand touch his hair. He looked up and found Naina.
He looked straight into her eyes.

Naina: Karan, are you okay?
Karan nodded and looked away, blushing.
Kunal slowly put Meghna down. Sakshi got up.
Sakshi: Khyati and I came in yesterday and you guys weren’t there. Where were you guys? Walking in late these days, I heard! Huh?

Teasingly she asked Karan.
Nirmala: arey beta.. they were too tired and busy, yesterday. They came in 12am you know?
Karan slowly understood that they all saw him, by the way they were talking.
He looked at everyone. Naina bent down.
Naina: Karan I need to ask you something. Karan looked at her. She walked to the kitchen. Karan was about to get up.

Kunal made him sit down.
Kunal: kyun bhai.. all of us are here but still you want to be with Naina only?
Karan: aisa kuch nahi hein!
Meghna: oh, dewar ji.. don’t act we all know…
Sakshi: we all saw you and Naina walking in at night.
Khyati: haye.. it was soo romantic.. bhabhi was in Bhai’s arms.
She sang…Do dil mill rahe hein..
And everyone joined..

Magar chupke chupke…
Karan stood up and ran behind Khyati..
Karan: Khyati ki bacchi!!
And the tom and jerry story resumed. While the rest were busy laughing and giggling watching the two of them..
