At Naina’s hostel:
Naina looked like an idiot! She was sitting on her bed,staring at the ceiling and smiling! She couldn’t believe that Mr. Akdu could smile and laugh! Not bad! She thought to herself!
Sanjana threw a pillow on Naina’s face..
Sanjana: Madam is sitting and grinning like an idiot!
Naina came back to reality and glared at Sanjana..
Merlin: Sanjana!! Naina was busy dreaming, why did you disturb her ?
Sanjana: disturb? She can do that all night after switching off the light!
Radhika simply watched her friends and went to sleep!
Naina throw the pillow back and immediately switched off the lights and covered herself with the blanket.. so that Sanjana wouldn’t throw it back at her!
At Meghna’s hostel:
Meghna broke the hug and wiped her friend’s tears..
Meghna: stop crying yaar! What if, all this was just a wrong info to create a misunderstanding? Done by jealous people or something!
Priyanka:how I wish that was true!
Meghna: how are you so sure that Rahul didn’t was just faking?
Priyanka : because I saw a video of…wait how did you get to know?
Meghna didn’t know what to say..she couldn’t lie..
Meghna: woh…actually.. I met Kunal today and he told me about your friendship and all about the misunderstanding!
Priyanka: oh so you are supporting Kunal now?
Meghna: Nothing like that! I want to know the truth! Don’t you want to know?
Priyanka: isn’t the video enough to prove that he wanted to play with my emotions?
Meghna: The video could have been fake too!
Priyanka didn’t say anything for sometime..
Priyanka: ok then! Tomorrow we will ask Raghav for the video clip again.. you can see it for yourself!
Meghna: No! We should check it without his permission!
Priyanka: And why , so?
Meghna: ’cause I have a great feeling that he made a fake video clip to create a misunderstanding!
Priyanka: Why do you think Raghav would do that??
Meghna: I don’t know! We need to find out! Tomorrow we will meet Kunal and Rahul instead.. ok?
Priyanka: No ways!
She almost shouted.
Meghna made a puppy face.
Meghna: Please!!!! Priyanka… at least mere liye aajao.. and please do talk to them….please!!!!
Priyanka thought for a while..she kept her head down on her pillow and covered herself with the blanket..
Meghna sat there watching her
Meghna: Priyanka?
Priyanka: ok! Fine!
Priyanka turned around and slept facing the wall next to her.. Meghna was facing her back!
Meghna jumped up with excitement! Kunal’s idea had worked she started dancing in silence and then she whispered to herself: Yyyeesss!!!
Part of which was heard by Priyanka!
Priyanka slowly turned around to look at Meghna, who stopped dancing and immediately turned towards her right to switch of the light.
Priyanka: Did you say anything?
Meghna: ah.. nope! Good night!
She smiled at Priyanka. Then as Priyanka turned around again she kept her hand on her chest and sighed, then she switched off the lights and went to sleep!
Meanwhile Karan and Kunal were in their homes smiling and laying on their beds. They were remembering the time spent with their special someone! They slowly went into sleep..
Next morning…In Meghna’s college:
Meghna and Priyanka walked into the college together..
They spotted Kunal and Rahul..
Rahul spoke first as the girls came towards them.
Rahul: kya yaar, Priyanka? From past 1 week you are not even looking at our faces.. do we look so bad?
Meghna smiled at the way Rahul tried to make her smile but apparently Priyanka’s face made no change in expression..it was simply blank!
Priyanka was about to reply in a rude manner but before that Kunal spoke up so that this misunderstanding story would be covered up.
Kunal: Bro, actually woh kya hein na, we fought that day, so from then on we didn’t talk..but then she accepted my sorry yesterday and she came back to us.. look she is happy..
Rahul simply looked at Priyanka’s face and then back at Kunal..
Rahul: waisa toh lag nahi raha!
Meghna: woh, abhi bhi naraz hai, par jald hi maan jayegi!
Saying this Meghna wrapped her hand around Priyanka’s shoulders and side-hugged her. Priyanka glared at Kunal and Meghna.. she felt that something was wrong!
At Naina’s college:
Naina and her squad entered the college and soon entered the classroom talking to each other about the college, subjects,teachers,assignments, etc.
As soon as Naina entered the class she looked towards the right end of the classroom and found that Karan wasn’t there!She walked in and sat with her friends, disappointed!
Soon the Teacher entered the classroom..
And informed them about a trip that they would be going for, which will be related to an assignment that will be in the next month.. She told them to decide on their partners for the assignment and tell her the next day! In a group either 2 or 3 members should be there..not more and not less than that..
Naina had a plan! Soon classes were over
At Meghna’s college:
Meghna: come on guys we need to attend the classes..
Then all four of them walked into their classes.. Raghav noticed all 4 of them entering the class ,together!
He was fuming in anger! He sat down in his place. Kunal and Meghna noticed this and then looked at each other’s faces..
They had taken each other’s no. Yesterday.. so they messaged each other until their teacher walked in..
Back in Naina’s college:
As classes got over Naina left her gang and went into the library..she felt that the librarian Ms. Lalitha could help her !
Naina ran into the library…
Naina: Ma’am, did you see Karan ?
(I’ll call her Ms. L)
Ms.L: No, Naina!..
she thought for a while and looked at her monitor.. Suddenly she looked up at Naina..she signaled Naina to bring her ears closer
Ms. L: I can help you, Naina!
Saying this she smiled Naina looked back at her, totally excited!
Ms.L: Don’t tell anyone about this..
She took out a paper , noted down all the information she had in the computer..
Naina was overjoyed.. she jumped and kissed ms.L’s cheeks and Thanked her!
She then left the college and walked up to Karan’s house which was just a little away from the college!
She stood in front of the house door and rang the bell!
? Ting tong ?
The maid opened the door.
Naina: Karan hai ghar par?
Lady: ha hai na… andar ayiye.. aap baaba me college se hein?
Naina: Ji ha!
The lady was really happy to see a girl coming in search of Karan from the college!
