Mika Singh has finally found his life partner on Swayamvar: Mika Di Vohti. The popular singer chose actress Akanksha Puri as his would-be-wife.
Akanksha, who made a wildcard entry on the show was in the finals with Prantika Das and Neet Mahal. Mika decided to go ahead with his 13-year-long friend. During a recent interview with ETimes TV, Akanksha talked about it and shared, “It’s been quite long since I dated someone, I am so happy I have romance in my life now which I was majorly missing. I want to go all out this time. We definitely are a very powerful couple and we are all set to paint the town red with our love story.”
When asked about the experience of doing the show, Akanksha said, “My experience with the girls and show has been amazing. Frankly, I am a very positive person and I don’t let negativity affect me. I am very happy I met these girls. I made some new friends and though my journey was short, I had an amazing time. I really enjoyed myself.”
She added, “My journey with Mika has been most comfortable till now. He gives me comfort in more than one way. He is my happy space and will always be.”
On being asked if she was skeptical about doing a Swayamvar based show, Akanksha replied, “I definitely was aware that I will have to face a lot of questions and allegations but this was about my personal life and the most important decision of my life. So, I didn’t take it like any other professional decision. I am proud of my decision.”
