Taking about her role as Trisha in a recent interview, Alma describes her character as the perfect match for Abeer and the ideal daughter-in-law for the Bagchi family. Contrary to being a negative character, Trisha is portrayed as a loving and positive individual, spreading joy to those around her. Alma particularly appreciates the character’s aura and the depth of her unconditional love for Abeer.
Reflecting on her personal journey, the 20-year-old actress acknowledges the difficulty she faced when she initially entered the world of acting. Alma confesses, “When I first got into acting a few years ago, it was difficult for me to relate to the characters. I have never dated anyone, and to do that on screen was difficult earlier. But now, with time, I have learned to get into the skin of my characters I play. It is still a learning phase for me, and I will keep improving.”
Born and raised in Mumbai, Alma attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family, with her mother serving as a constant cheerleader in her life. “A person may have good and bad days, but my mother is my cheerleader who’s there to celebrate my good days and also lift me up on a dull day,” expresses Alma.
