The journey for an actor is as difficult as any other profession. Bagging shows and films require patience and perseverance where one might have to wait for the longest time. Such has been the case with actor Aman Maheshwari as well.
Aman who is currently essaying a pivotal role in the popular show ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ talked about it in a recent interview with ETimes TV. He shared, “I struggled for almost two-and-a-half years before I got work. But I wanted to stay positive during those times. So I started learning to do make-up and hair professionally. I anyway wanted to get into the beauty business, so I did a course. I didn’t want to be a make-up artist but wanted to get a better understanding of things and so, I learned the art myself. And once I learned it, I enjoyed it and in the years when I was not acting, I actually did make-up for 87 brides. I used to put up pictures on my social media, but seeing that some casting directors assumed that I had quit acting. So, I removed all the pictures.”
He adds, “I am thankful to God for this opportunity and I want to keep doing more work. I would always like to pick negative roles over positive characters. I want to have more presence on the show.”
Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is a sequel to the original Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. The latest season stars Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar in the lead roles.
