” soumya ” rudra called her as he entered the guest room to apologize to her for his yesterday’s behavior .
He could not carry this guilt anymore with himself.
Suddenly he heard the door of the bathroom opening and she came out.
She did not notice him. He moved towards her unknowingly.
The water droplets were falling from her hair and she was busy drying her hair.
” soumya ” rudra whispered softly and soumya looked at him amused.
” what are you doing here rudra? ” asked soumya but rudra was lost in her that he did not reply to her.
Rudra started to walk slowly towards her that soumya took two steps backwards. Finally soumya hit the wall and could not move away.
Rudra stoop front of her staring at her. She looked mesmerizing in the jeans and her wet hair. He was tempted to kiss her lips.
” rudra what are you doing here ?” shouted soumya breaking rudra’s trance of thoughts .
” soumya woh I came to tell you sorry for yesterday night ” said rudra.
” I’m really sorry soumya. I was under misunderstanding otherwise I could never do anything like that ”
” you have said what you wanted. Now please move away from here and leave me alone ” said soumya.
” but soumya ..”
Before rudra could complete his sentence , soumya left the room.
” bhaiya I don’t understand what to do now? I’m so confused ” said soumya to shivaay who was equally confused.
” it’s ok everything will be alright. Keep informing about the gang plans.
If they ask you to implement any dangerous plan do it ” said shivaay.
Soumya nodded her head affirmatively.
Rudra was walking in the oberoi mansion searching for soumya when bhavya came in front of him.
” rudra ” called bhavya.
” what happened bhavya? ” asked rudra.
” I know everything Now. Yesterday soumya had come and apologized to me for everything she has done. She said she will go away when everything will become right ” revealed bhavya happily whereas rudra became upset on hearing it.
He saw soumya passing by and went behind her leaving bhavya confused.
” soumya” rudra shouted her name to make her stop but soumya ignored him.
” soumya ” rudra called her again. Soumya turned towards him annoyed.
” what do you want rudra? ” asked soumya irritated with his constant efforts to talk to her.
” I’m sorry ” rudra apologized.
” rudra please leave me alone. I’m not interested in you or your apologizes. I have more important work to carry on than dealing with you. So you better stay away from me ” said soumya firmly and went away.
Rudra was left disappointed with her words. He does not effect her anymore. She had stopped caring about him anymore and her indifferent behavior was hurting him. He wanted his best friend back who used to care about him .
Soumya had rushed inside the guest room hurriedly. She had heard veer talking about killing anika bhabhi who was in disguise of Rosie and veer had asked her to plan everything as he trusted her now.
Shivaay bhaiya had left for some work and would not arrive before Two days. He had left the place trusting her with his family.
She was in a fix. She was never going to harm her anika bhabhi but if she did not do anything veer will have doubts on her. She had to plan something. How she wished omkara and gauri were here to help her but they had left for barilley to met gauri bhabhi’s mother who had being to admitted hospital all of sudden. She could not ask help from bhavya as she knew bhavya was not sharp enough to play mind games with people . Taking rudra in this plan would be another risk to the plan. Rudra is still struck in his guilt trip.
It was she and anika bhabhi who can handle the situation. Only if she could talk to anika bhabhi somehow.
Soumya walked in the hall and tried to talk to anika but was interrupted by jhanvi , her mother in law who had refused to accept the marriage and accused her of cheating the family.
” soumya we have a reception arranged for you and rudra today evening. You better be ready ” said jhanvi.
Rudra had entered the house after leaving bhavya to her flat. He had convinced bhavya to move out oberoi mansion as it would be awkward for her stay in the oberoi mansion .
” rudra we have arranged a reception today. You better be ready with your wife other wise tej will definitely get angry if something goes wrong and please handle your wife ” said jhanvi looking at soumya in disgust.
Soumya sadly smiled. Rudra looked at his mother angrily whereas anika was sad to see the behavior of jhanvi towards soumya. Only if jhanvi knew the girl whom she was giving disgusting looks was doing so much to save the family even bearing everyone’s hatred.
” bhabhi I don’t know what to do now? Only if shivaay bhaiya was here. Veer had given me time till reception to harm you. If I don’t harm you in today’s reception he would certainly get doubt on me. ” informed soumya.
Anika grew worried hearing the information. She was more worried about soumya, if sveltana and veer gets a slight hint of soumya being in their side they would not spare her easily. Soumya had put herself in danger trying to save the family.
” soumya you don’t worry. I have a plan. You go and get ready for the reception ” said anika.
” but bhabhi ”
” trust me soumya. I will never let anything go wrong ” assured anika.
Soumya had nodded her head understandingly and gone to get ready for the reception party.
” bhabhi you are telling me this now. Why did not you inform me this before? Both shivaay bhaiya and om is out of the town ” said rudra worried as anika informed him about soumya being in danger.
Anika did not have any options other than informing rudra. She knew if she was suggesting this to soumya, soumya could have refused. She had slight hope that rudra may keep soumya safely.
” please handle soumya rudra. I feel this is one of the trap from the enemies again. Why do I feel they are having doubt about soumya now and they are testing her ” explained anika.
Rudra grew tensed hearing it. Where has soumya put herself in?
” you don’t worry bhabhi. I will not let anything happen to her ” promised rudra to anika looking at her and anika was shocked for a moment looking at rudra’s eyes which held protectiveness for soumya. The same protectiveness which shivaay had for her everytime. Was rudra in love with soumya ?
Soumya sat in front of the dressing mirror and looked at the manglasutra which she had threw away yesterday after rudra’s behavior.
She did not want to wear this again but she did not want any of the guest to point about her missing manglasutra. She tried to wear it and struggled to put it around the neck.
As she struggling, she felt someone holding the manglasutra and making her wear it. As she looked at the mirror, she found rudra doing it. The next moment rudra took the sindoor and filled it on her hairline and soumya closed her eyes in pain. There was a time she had dreamt of this but now she had given upon everything.
Soumya left the room without speaking a word to rudra or arguing with him.
Rudra looked on as she went away without saying anything to him. She still acted so indifferent towards him. She could have at least argued with him for making her wear the manglasutra and sindoor without her permission. He saw her closing her eyes when he did that. How he wish soumya pours out her heart to him?
How he wish she blurts out her hurt in front of him instead of keeping it bottled and suffocating herself in this pain ?
Soumya came towards the hall where the function was conducted . No one has arrived till as the function was going to get start after thirty minutes. She found veer passing around the place and giving her a dangerous glance.
” I hope you are ready with your
plan ” whispered veer to soumya.
Soumya nodded her head affirmatively gulping her fear.
” I would not let anything happen to anika bhabhi even if it costs
my life ” thought soumya.
” I would not let anything happen to soumya ” thought rudra determined as he entered the function and looked at her.
He stood next to her and passed her a warm smile confusing her.
” this is going to be fun ” thought veer smirking evily looking at the couple.
