In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain engaged in a candid conversation, shedding light on a discussion with Karan Johar and confronting Vicky about his remark characterizing their marriage as an ‘investment.’ The exchange unfolded with Vicky attempting to clarify his statement, emphasizing his belief in hard work over destiny.
During the conversation, Vicky explained, “I was talking about destiny and all at night. I don’t want to give credit to destiny or anything. I want to credit my hard work. Everything that I do from morning to evening, the revenue I earn—all this is my hard work, not destiny.”
Ankita, however, expressed her discomfort with being labeled as an investment, stating, “I knew this topic would get raised. But you are calling me an investment. What is going outside is that people are perceiving me as an investment.” She went on to recall instances where Vicky referred to their meeting as an investment in front of others.
Vicky defended himself, stating, “I was saying that meeting me was an investment. In front of Isha, you kept saying ‘haan mera investment tha.’ How can it be an investment? Meeting me is destiny, it is the heart’s connection.”
Ankita disagreed, highlighting the emotional aspect of their connection, “Vicky, I was asking you so many times that meeting me was an investment. I cannot answer this, I don’t find it right. What a stupid thought, you were so sure that you would meet Ankita Lokhande in life, you were investing for it. Yes, you are logical but this is being stupid logical.”
As the conversation unfolded, Vicky concluded, “Fine, I talk like this only, I cannot make everyone understand.”
Earlier, Isha shared her perspective on Vicky’s characterization of marriage as an investment, recounting a conversation with him where he explained the role of mutual friends in bringing him and Ankita together.
The exchange between Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain in Bigg Boss 17 provides a glimpse into the complexities of relationships, belief systems, and the fine line between destiny and personal choices.

Vicky is a very selfish, conniving person. He has proved that again and again in this show. He is nobody , only Anita’s husband. He wants to be known as himself an not her husband, but why would anyone would want to know him, Thais a question. He is not Bill Gates or Ambani. He makes the show boring.
