Actress Ankita Lokhande, known for her role in “Pavitra Rishta,” has frequently delved into her past relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput on the set of Bigg Boss 17. However, in a recent episode, she candidly shared her feelings about his sudden passing for the very first time.
In a conversation with Munawar Faruqui regarding social media, Ankita touched upon the subject of facing online trolling after Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise. Reflecting on her reaction upon seeing distressing photos of Sushant after his death, Ankita emotionally revealed, “When I saw him, I felt everything was over. So many films he watched, and everything was over. There was this one picture of him which was very bad.”
Describing her state of mind, she added, “Mere haath paaon thande pad rahe the. It looked like he was sleeping. I just kept looking at that picture and thought uske dimag mein kitna kuch tha. I knew him very well. He must have had so much in his brain but all just vanished. You are nothing, you’re just a body then.”
Ankita spoke highly of Sushant and his family during the heartfelt conversation. When Munawar inquired about Sushant’s family, Ankita praised their education and intelligence, stating, “Very very well-educated family. Highly intelligent people.”
Recollecting Sushant Singh Rajput’s brilliance, Ankita shared, “He was so intelligent. He used to solve mathematics in a blink. He was an IIT student and in India, he earned 7th rank in IIT.”
Moved by emotions, Ankita became a bit teary-eyed, and Munawar quickly offered her support and a comforting hug.
