Anupama 24th June 2022 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Anuj tells Anupama that if she had visited Shah house and suffered such an accident, even he would have got angry. He says Vanraj overreacted, but was not wrong; seeing Vanraj’s past records, doubting Vanraj is obvious. Anupama says she feels pity for Vanraj as he Vanraj is frustrated fearing he would lose his family. Anuj says let him do whatever he wants to, but stay away from his wife. Anupama then scolds him for talking about his death and says she is alive if he is alive. He asks her to calm down and congratulates them for their first fight. Anupama says its not normal if they fight daily or don’t fight at all. Anuj says its not technically a fight and disagreeing to each other’s thinking is common. Anupama says they shouldn’t fight tomorrow again.
Adhik calls Pakhi and asks if she is fine. She gets happy seeing his call. He wishes to meet her tomorrow at a cafe. She agrees and feels excited. Adhik grins saying Pakhi is Anupama’s most favorite child. Anuj tells Anupama that she can stay back with Toshu and Kinjal tonight as they may need her help. She walks very closer to him. He thinks she is getting romantic. She picks a pillow and stands back, teasing him and walks out of room. She walks to living room thinking she should speak to Vanraj and ask him to stop fighting everywhere.
Barkha stops her and asks why she is sad, she can share her ordeal with her and let her speak to Anuj. Anuj walks to Anupama just then and gifts her favorite scented candles. He then wishes goodnight and returns to his room. Anupama tells Barkha that fight is common between husband and wife, its just that they should maintain the balance like they the maintain a balanced salt level in food. She further says she checked the bills and found the bills and expenses not tallying, tomorrow they both should tally them once before signing the cheque. Barkha gets tensed hearing that. Anupama wishes her goodnight and leaves.
Kinjal wakes up in the morning and feels happy seeing Anupama sleeping on the sofa nearby. She tells her baby that her grandma and grandpa love her/him the most. She coughs. Anupama wakes up and rushes to her followed by Anuj. Kinjal says she is fine and asks them to drop her back home as Vanraj must be worried for her. Adhik checks Anuj’s business profile and tells Barkha its a vast empire. Barkha says her maika/parental home and husband didn’t trust her, but Anupama’s both maika and husband trust her. Adhik says she will get whatever she wants to soon. She asks what does he mean. He says she feared that him and Sara won’t get anything from Kapadia empire, this won’t happen now. She gets confused. He says she should just understand that her brother is grown up now.
Anuj prepares special laddus for Kinjal. Anupama asks if everything will be alright between both families. Anuj says it won’t, but they should make sure there shouldn’t be anymore drama. Anupama says they will try their best. She looks at Adhik passing by.
Hasmukh returns home from morning walk and learns that Vanraj and Kavya went for a job interview at a friend’s place. Leela says its good if they get a job or else it would be difficult to run the house. Vanraj calls Leela and asks if Kinjal returned home. She says not yet and asks him not to worry about Kinjal. Hasmukh says if they try to bind the relationship, fate will get angry on them. Kinjal and Toshu inform Barkha that they are going home now.
Barkha gives them flower bouquet and asks them visit next time with the whole family. Sara senses her and Ankush’s not speaking to each other and asks her to calm and learn form Anupama and Anuj who fought and patched up so soon, she is fighting with Ankush more after their business.. Adhik stops her. Anuj manages the situation with his shayari and gets busy chatting with them. Vanraj repeatedly calls Anupama. Servant gives her phone. Anupama notices Vanraj’s 26 missed calls, calls him back and informs that they are leaving home with Kinjal, so he should stop burning his own blood and even hers.
Hasmukh mops floor. Leela asks him not to do that. Hasmukh says he wants to help her in household chores and says he is learning to help his wife like Anuj helps Anupama. He says they both will manage the house together. Rakhi walks in and tries to humiliate Hasmukh for helping Leela. Leela warns her to just meet Kinjal and pamper her, but if she tries to interfere with her, she will get a tight slap. Rakhi walks on the wet floor purposely wasting Hasmukh’s hard work. Hasmukh tries to mop the floor again when Anupama walks in and stops him.
Precap: Rakhi invites Shahs for Kinjal’s baby shower ceremony tomorrow. Anupama says its not possible without Kavya and Vanraj’s presence. Rakhi gets adamant and says she will invite even Anupama’s in-laws. Leela stops her.

I really feel Anupama deserves what she suffered during 26 years at Vanraj home. Why cant she forget Vanraj and Kavya now? It’s Rakhi decision whom to invite for Kinjal baby shower. Who is Anu to decide?
The makers like khichdi of Shah’s and Kapadia’s so that they can show drama and insults and warnings and bla bla bla and finally drag the serial as much as possible. Even after her marriage, they don’t want Anu to love peacefully.. afterall TRP matters. Keep it up..
Your right, but I don’t want to be rude or anything, but I think Anupamaa did not deserve what she got, instead she just cared for Shah’s and also she didn’t get to complete her studies, so then do you think she deserves it? You probably know, in olden days, girls and women weren’t respected or allowed to study. Do you think after Anupama’s father’s death she would have been allowed to study? NO, but she had to get married instead. I know Rakhi is Kinjal’s maa, but she never acted after Kinjal’s marriage. Anupamaa is Kinjal’s mother technically.

Where is Anupama’s real Maika? Her own mother and brother? What a farce
This serial is a comedy circus.
Sheer nonsense. Justifying vanaraj is destroying the serial. Seriously watching Shah’s is a pain and intolerable
All whoever blabbering in comment section about how lovable nd cute vanraj is, justifying his all doings nd how pakhi, anuj nd barkha gang shouldn’t behave like this vanraj bcoz vanraj is poor nd cute sweet lovely bachha of this serial,he is the most favorite of everyone nd saying tht vanraj is doing everything right…go nd get a life dude.
It’s their opinion if they want the believe Vanraj is right. What is your say in it? I personally don’t think Vanraj is right however will not tell those who think he is right “go get a life”. It makes you no less than Vanraj Shah
Nd what are u doing miss naila in my comment???who asked u to interfere in my comment??it’s my opinion,u call tell me…anyways I think I’ve found virtual version on vanraj shah in ur form
I think Naila is right. Just because people are agreeing with Vanraj’s actions doesn’t mean you can just say go get a life. I think you should go get a life instead. Also you are using her own words against her. Kya karioon zindigi mein?

All our tales have been lenient towards men even though they cheat/ insult/exploit/kill (wives)/ demand to go to pr*stitutes.
Forget about punishing them scriptures make them worship worthy!
As per scriptures killing a cow is offensive but ignoring wife is not!

Our shows also follow this. Fellas doing this are still treated with respect so they don’t bother to change.
Jai ho Vanraj ji, you were respectable and you are invincible, lives impacted because of you will never point you out but you have all the rights to shout/blame everyone.
Who cares about your opinion?
Apply aloevera for burn
One more painful experience of your own life?
Arey nah cooling soothing aloe experience, my cousin is studying Ayurveda @SDM ayurveda along with MBBS. Me so proud of her! as per her suggestion I am using aloe mix instead of burnol.
Its very powerful it heals without causing those blisters.
As you keep advertising burnol, so though of making u aware that natural aloe and cucumber mix also works on regular cuts and burns instead of chemicals.
Be aware, be kind and improve your/nature.
I never advertise burnol😂😂
Your brain is malfunctioning. It happens when you give unnecessarily importance to your ego. Dont worry. Have patience, everything will be fine.
Oho after hallucinating about painful experience, more hallucinations on brain function, ego and patience! Keep adding to list.. Lets see where this mania stops.
The Ego, Aham, is one of the most misunderstood terms in Hinduism. In its purest and absolute sense ego or Aham is identical with the Self. Hence, you have mahavakyas that equate the Aham with Brahman himself (Aham Brahmasmi) or with the Atman (Aham Atma). However when this ego is subject to the impurity of egoism (ahamkar) the being develops a false sense of identity and accepts it as true. In this essay I have used Ego in a worldly sense as the personification of egoism.
————–
In the Bhagavadgita you will find two types of references to ego (aham), one in a subjective sense as “I am” and the other in an objective sense as a reference to the individuality or the sense of self. For example, when Arjuna says, “kathaṃ bhīṣmam ahaṃ sāṅkhye droṇaṃ ca madhusūdana,” which means” How I am going to attack Bhishma and Drona in the battlefield, O Madhusudhana,” he is using aham in the subjective sense to refer to himself. However, when Krishna says, “nirmamo nirahaṃkāraḥ sa śāntim adhigacchhati,” which means, “those without the sense of ownership and egoism attain peace,” he is referring to aham in an objective sense as egoism.
————–
The word “aham” appears in the Bhagavadgita numerous times, mostly in a subject sense. Sometimes it appears in association with other words such as “nigraham,” which means self-restraint or restraining the ego. The word is also hidden as a suffix in many other words to denote aspects of subjectivity or individuality. For example, agraham (anger), dukham (sorrow), sukham (happiness), graham (grasping one), and purusham (individual self).

Why the makers are justifying Vanraj misplaced anger? Even Kavya told that Vanraj is not sorted but Pakhi should apologise to him. Even Sara was justifying Vanraj anger. I get that he was worried about Kinjal but his anger was misplaced and he blamed Anu being married to rich man had created this problem. Anuj was right to scold Vanraj because he was talking nonsense. Vanraj was using Kinjal’s condition to abuse Anu and he had done the same before. He used Babuji condition to berate Anu and Anuj. Vanraj and Baa are used to abuse Anu for anyone fault. I just wish Anu is slightly stern towards him. He is not your family Anu.
Anger, undoubtedly, is one of the major reasons of human suffering. When one loses his temper, he loses his reasoning too ; and ends up doing things which he repents later. Such an irrational behaviour creates problems not only for the person concerned but also for others around him. Those under the control of anger have been proclaimed by Bhagavad Gita to be of demoniac nature, and the ones free from anger are stated to be of divine nature. Sri Krishna has, in fact, declared anger to be one of the three gates of hell.
—————-
‘There are three gateways leading to hell – lust, anger and greed. One must give these up, for they lead to the degradation of the soul’ (shloka 16.21).
Sri Krishna, in His dialogue with Arjuna, has analysed the working of anger. When asked as to what impels the man to commit sin, as if by force, even against his own will ; Krishna replied that the root cause of the problem was lust (excessive desire), which when unsatisfied, emerged as anger. It is the all-devouring and most sinful enemy of mankind (shlokas 3.36 and 3.37). Lust has been called a constant enemy of the wise, because like fire, it has an insatiable appetite (shloka 3.39). It cannot be satisfied for long.
—————-
It envelops wisdom, and gives rise to frustration and anger. This concept has further been elaborated in shloka 2.62 wherein it has been stated that thinking about sense objects produces attachment towards them. Attachment breeds desire, and non-fulfilment of desire leads to anger.
—————-
The consequences of falling prey to anger have also been examined. It has been stated in shloka 2.63 that anger breeds delusion (an unreasonably inflated view of oneself) which leads to loss of memory and, in turn, decline in intelligence. From the destruction of intelligence, one perishes. It has further been stated in shloka 2.56 that only the one who is free from anger becomes fit to be called a man of steady intelligence.
—————-
The causes and effects of anger have thus clearly been spelled out. When one comes in contact with any object (which one sees, hears or tastes etc.), one develops an attachment (a like or dislike) for it. From such like or dislike develops a desire to possess or to get rid of that object. Non-fulfilment of desire breeds anger. Anger leads to clouding of judgement, and impairment of judgement results in bewilderment of memory ( one forgets as to what is right and what is wrong). When the memory is bewildered, intelligence (the wisdom) is lost. Instead of using his discrimination diligently, one flows with the stream of emotions. As a result, one falls into degradation. He is ultimately ruined.
The way Rakhi insulted Bapuji, Kinjal must deny her mayka visit. Though scriptures suggest to worship parents, not all of them are respectable.
Father raping daughter is not rare and women turning home to hell is a fact. So verify before worshipping.
If baa can insult gk and Anuj repeatedly and call rakhi nagin then her insulting is justified.
Let her offend Baa, not Bapuji. It just shows how offensive/cruel/cheap she is and no words for someone who defends this act.
—–
A mother can never be like her or Baa or even Barkha. They
Are not respectable as mother.
Anupama just sleeps at her own house, the rest of the time she is at shah house. It was better for anuj to move into Shah house after marriage than anupama shifting to anujs house.
Hahaha.. so true !
And also Kanta Mom and Bhavesh can go missing from her Grihapravesh but Kavya and Vanraj are mandatory in Godbharai to create scene.
@Mini I completely agree with you.
